★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho comperato per la prima volta lo stracchino del caseificio Montegrappa e devo dire che è in assoluto il miglior stracchino che io abbia mai mangiato e ciò a parità di grassi presente in altre marche che non si avvicinano neanche alla qualità di questo prodotto. COMPLIMENTI all'azienda!!!
 I bought for the first time the stracchino from the Montegrappa dairy and I must say that it is by far the best stracchino I have ever eaten and this with the same fat present in other brands that do not even approach the quality of this product. CONGRATULATIONS to the company !!!

In particolare il formaggio di capra latteria veramente sorprendente! (Ma anche il morlacco, il 15-18, il duro del grappa, lo stracchino...)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace mettere una stella,ma mi trovo costretto a farlo in quanto oggi ho acquistato 8 mozzarelle di bufala con scadenza 19 luglio. Premetto che la mozzarella l ho mangiata(ho tentato) a temperatura ambiente,ma il risultato è stato deludente,una pasta dura granulosa priva di sapore,priva di sale tanto da dover praticamente buttare le mozzarelle. Mi permetto di fsre questa osservazione non per parlare male del caseificio che invece per gli altri prodotti si distingue per gusto e qualità ma solo per cercare di capire e nello stesso tempo aiutare l azienda a migliorarsi .
I am sorry to put a star, but I find myself forced to do so because today I purchased 8 buffalo mozzarella with expiration on 19 July. I state that I ate the mozzarella (I tried) at room temperature, but the result was disappointing, a grainy hard paste with no taste, no salt so as to practically throw the mozzarella. I allow myself to make this observation not to speak ill of the dairy which for other products is distinguished by taste and quality but only to try to understand and at the same time help the company to improve itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come regalo di Natale 2019 abbiamo ricevuto la Vostra confezione regalo "Classic" contenente stando alla confezione, 3 diverse tipologie di formaggio della zona di produzione casearia del Grappa: Mastellina, Morlacchino del Grappa e Bastardo del monte Grappa. Una volta aperta la "certamente azzeccata, gradevole ed accattivante confezione", la " non altrettanto gradevole sorpresa è stata quella di constatare, almeno alla vista ed al tatto, che nonostante le tre diverse nominazioni del prodotto riportate sulle rispettive confezioni, contenevano all'interno il medesimo prodotto. Questo a discapito della tipicità del singolo formaggio. Approfittando della bella giornata del 2 gennaio c.m., si è deciso per tanto di recarsi presso il caseificio dove tale confezione viene prodotta per far presente quanto sopra riportato. Alla richiesta( da parte nostra) di procedere ad un assaggio congiunto dei tre formaggi con la dipendente con la quale abbiamo interloquito, al fine di avere spiegazioni in merito alla nostra tesi circa le uguali caratteristiche del prodotto nonostante le tre diverse denominazioni riportate sulla confezione, abbiamo ricevuto una decisa risposta negativa a tale richiesta, con la motivazione che a quel punto di stagionatura effettivamente i tre formaggi in parola si presentano con caratteristiche molto simili. A questo punto, certamente non molto soddisfatti della risposta ottenuta circa la tipicità dei tre prodotti proposti nella confezione regalataci per le feste, ci si è salutati ed abbiamo proseguito la nostra bella giornata nella vostra zona. As a Christmas 2019 gift we received your "Classic" gift box containing according to the package, 3 different types of cheese from the Grappa dairy production area: Mastellina, Morlacchino del Grappa and Bastardo del Monte Grappa. Once the "certainly spot on, pleasant and captivating package" was opened, the "not so pleasant surprise was to find, at least from the sight and touch, that despite the three different product names shown on the respective packaging, they contained inside the same product. Taking advantage of the beautiful day of January 2 cm, it was decided to go to the dairy where this package is produced to make the above mentioned present. ) to proceed to a joint tasting of the three cheeses with the employee with whom we have interloquito, in order to have explanations regarding our thesis about the same characteristics of the product despite the three different names shown on the package, we received a decided negative response to this request, with the motivation that at that point of seasoning eff actually the three cheeses in question have very similar characteristics. At this point, certainly not very satisfied with the response obtained about the typicality of the three products offered in the package given to us for the holidays, we said goodbye and continued our beautiful day in your area. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è possibile comparare I prodotti di questo caseificio in quanto artigianali, unici e per questo apprezzabili, con altre produzioni.. il più delle volte industriali. I prodotti sempre freschi hanno a volte un gusto diverso che deriva dalla stagionatura. È comunque possibile sbizzarrirci nella scelta sicuri della bontà è qualità del prodotto
It is not possible to compare the products of this dairy as they are artisanal, unique and therefore appreciable, with other productions .. most of the times industrial. Always fresh products sometimes have a different taste that comes from seasoning. It is however possible to indulge in the choice of the goodness and quality of the product

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza riguarda due aspetti: prodotti e servizio. I prodotti buoni, nella norma, sono così come devono essere, in fondo il prezzo richiede qualità.. Riguardo al servizio clienti posso affermare che l'esperienza è assolutamente negativa. Ho ottenuto risposte di parte su temi oggettivi e reclami di difetti dimostrati, oltre a giudizi personali fuori luogo. La correttezza ed il rispetto sono tutto, di formaggi ne esistono tanti e di produttori altrettanti. Spero non mi venga risposto che ogni giorno l'azienda fa del suo meglio, con me non è stato così e preferirei non vedere inutili risposte alla recensione.
My experience concerns two aspects: products and service. Good products, in the norm, are as they should be, basically the price requires quality .. With regard to customer service, I can say that the experience is absolutely negative. I got biased responses on objective issues and complaints of proven defects, as well as misplaced personal judgments. Fairness and respect are everything, there are many cheeses and just as many producers. I hope I am not told that every day the company does its best, it was not like that with me and I would prefer not to see useless responses to the review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há anos, em minhas viagens à Itália, venho privilegiando e consumindo os maravilhosos queijos desse produtor. E sempre levo para amigos brasileiros.
Ontem, novamente fui me abastecer e comprei 3 queijos pequenos, por € 4,00 cada, ótimos para presentear. Semana passada comprei estes mesmos em um armazém, a €1,80 cada, e fui avisado que estavam em promoção pois logo iriam vencer.
Pois ao chegar em casa vi que nas 3 caixas foram arrancadas as datas de vencimento e um deles tinha manchas amarronzadas de fungos.
A nota fiscal que ficaram de enviar por email não veio.
Muito clara a má-fé desse caseifício, se fazem isso, como confiar novamente? Nunca mais volto lá.
For years, in my travels to Italy, I have been privileging and consuming the wonderful cheeses of this producer. And I always take it to Brazilian friends.
Yesterday, I went back to stock up and bought 3 small cheeses, for €4.00 each, great for gifts. Last week I bought these at a store, at €1.80 each, and I was told they were on sale as they would expire soon.
When I got home, I saw that the expiration dates were ripped out of the 3 boxes and one of them had brownish mold stains.
The invoice they were supposed to send by email did not come.
The bad faith of this case is very clear, if they do that, how can they trust again? I'm never going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo comprato il prodotto presso un centro Conad. Il prodotto ha scadenza 5/4/22 ma al 3/4 si presenta già ampiamente scaduto ed immangiabile. Non lo comprerò più di sicuro
We bought the product at a Conad center. The product expires on 5/4/22 but at 3/4 it is already widely expired and inedible. I will not buy it anymore for sure
