I stopped for 3 days and some friends took me to this dairy, I took and tasted typical products: they are excellent, the sausages and cheeses are really good and I tasted the yogurt that they told me was new for them. Really well done, all good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place got recommended to us by someone who lives in the area. The shop sells cheese which is made in a small factory, I assume it to be right behind the shop. Fabrizio makes the cheeses and was standing behind the counter as well. Things will not get any more local and authentic then this. Highly recommended if you are looking for real local cheeses!
