Ogni prodotto che arriva in tavola è di loro produzione e devo ammettere che si sente. Specialità assoluta il tartufo, i vari formaggi e dei tortelli di carne che mangerei tutti i giorni. I was very impressed with this restaurant for the simplicity and goodness of the dishes it offers. Every product that arrives on the table is of their production and I must admit that you can hear it. Absolute specialty the truffle, the various cheeses and the meat tortelli that I would eat every day.

Servizi ok, compreso la colazione (dolce e salata). Giace su un ampio terreno, in aperta campagna...meraviglia; un senso di pace assoluto. Pensavo all'estate...potrebbe essere un weekend perfetto per staccare la spina, chissà...vedremo. I decided to stay here for my "business" in Spoleto; two steps away and well connected. Perfect rooms, perhaps only not very quiet. Services ok, including breakfast (sweet and savory). It lies on a large plot, in the open countryside ... marvel; a sense of absolute peace. I was thinking about summer ... it could be a perfect weekend to unplug, who knows ... we'll see.

Per 2 sere di seguito abbiamo scelto di rimanere a cena in struttura ed entrambe le volte abbiamo mangiato in maniera eccelsa ... prodotti della tradizione umbra genuini e proposti in chiave innovativa ... bravi bravi bravi. Tartufo in tutte le salse e sembre al top. Personale gentilissimo. Ci ritorneremo We stayed in this fantastic farmhouse in early January. Hospitality, professionalism, customer focus. Clean and comfortable rooms. Top kitchen. For 2 consecutive evenings we chose to stay for dinner in the structure and both times we ate in an excellent way ... genuine Umbrian traditional products and proposed in an innovative way ... good good good. Truffle in all sauces and always at the top. Staff very kind. We will be back

Accoglienza professionalità e cura del cliente. Colazione abbondante e un buon ristorante con prodotti locali di produzione propria. Consigliatissimo We chose this farm to spend a few days in Umbria and from the first to the last day only positive notes. Excellent value for money. Hospitality, professionalism and customer care. Hearty breakfast and a good restaurant with home-grown local products. Highly recommended

In cucina uno chef da leccarsi i baffi ed anche il pizzaiolo fa un ottimo impasto. Le camere accoglienti e calde, come lo è tutta la struttura. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare con il caldo per goderci la piscina. A presto. We stayed for Easter and Easter Monday, very kind, helpful, very nice and above all professional staff. In the kitchen a mouth-watering chef and even the pizza chef makes an excellent dough. The cozy and warm rooms, as is the whole structure. We can't wait to come back in the heat to enjoy the pool.
