Stanza grande ed accogliente, stessa cosa per il bagno con unica pecca (opinione personalissima) della assenza della classica cabina doccia, ma di vasca da bagno con doccia "a mano". Colazione inappuntabile. Personale gentile e disponibile. Very high quality / price ratio. Beautiful swimming pool that allows for beautiful moments of relaxation. Large and welcoming room, same thing for the bathroom with the only flaw (very personal opinion) of the absence of the classic shower cabin, but of a bathtub with "hand" shower. Impeccable breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

La camera è semplice ma allo stesso tempo molto pulita e ordinata. La pulizia giornaliera è impeccabile. La colazione è completa e abbondante. Consiglio questo agriturismo alle coppie e alle famiglie A farm lost in the countryside and in the hills. The staff was immediately courteous and helpful. The room is simple but at the same time very clean and tidy. Daily cleaning is flawless. The breakfast is complete and plentiful. I recommend this farm to couples and families

Le camere sono ristrutturate e molto ampie, con aria condizionata e davvero bellissime, e vengono riassettate ogni giorno. La piscina ed il giardino sono ben tenuti e molto rilassanti, con la possibilità di fare anche aperitivo in piscina presso il bar dell'agriturismo (apetitivi buonissimi!). Accoglienza super, molto brava e disponibile e simpatica la ragazza del pomeriggio. Colazione con molta scelta e buona; solo un consiglio: da migliorare l'organizzazione del servizio al mattino e penso che il personale dovrebbe far rispettare le norme anti covid a tutti i clienti! Beautiful farmhouse not far from Spoleto (10 minutes by car). The rooms are refurbished and very large, with air conditioning and really beautiful, and are cleaned every day. The swimming pool and the garden are well kept and very relaxing, with the possibility of having an aperitif in the pool at the farm bar (delicious appetizers!). Super welcome, very good and helpful and nice the girl in the afternoon. Breakfast with a lot of choice and good; just a tip: to improve the organization of the service in the morning and I think that the staff should enforce the anti covid rules to all customers!

Gestita molto bene anche la zona piscina, perchè pur essendo la struttura al completo, lo spazio intorno alla piscina permette di godere di privacy e relax. Tanto verde intorno e tutto ben curato. Camera molto pulita, fornita sia di aria condizionata che di ventilatore. Ottima esperienza che spero di poter ripetere presto. I spent one night there, very nice, cozy, clean place. Very nice and smiling staff. The pool area is also very well managed, because although the structure is complete, the space around the pool allows you to enjoy privacy and relaxation. Lots of greenery around and all well cared for. Very clean room, equipped with both air conditioning and fan. Excellent experience that I hope to be able to repeat soon.

Struttura molto bella (con la famiglia abbiamo soggiornato nella dependance veramente spaziosa). La piscina è comodissima e ben curata ed è un piacere rilassarsi nel pomeriggio dopo le gite ai borghi dei dintorni. Colazione ottima! Lo consiglio. Very close to Spoleto. In the middle of the countryside, very quiet. Very nice structure (with the family we stayed in the really spacious annex). The swimming pool is very comfortable and well maintained and it is a pleasure to relax in the afternoon after trips to the surrounding villages. Great breakfast! I advise.

Prezzi buoni e possibilità di acquisto di prodotti locali come l'olio Excellent B and B slightly outside Spoleto, with swimming pool, we stayed in the hotel tower with a view over the surrounding countryside. R	Rebecca Hartley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent the day here (3 adults, 3 children) as it was a scorching hot day (37C) and we wanted to relax by a pool and have some food. Friendly and inviting. Not overcrowded. It was €8/person to use the pool or €15 including lunch (€10 for children). Lunch was a small buffet of ham, cheese, bread, spaghetti, chips, aubergine etc. There’s a nice area of grass with sun beds as well as the poolside so plenty of room. We had a really enjoyable, relaxing afternoon.
