Ci ha proposto i prodotti migliori e , per dire, ci ha fatto ritornare perché stavano lavorando le mozzarelle ed avremmo preso la produzione più recente. Le passite sono stra-buone.

Excellent mozzarella and very friendly and helpful staff.
He offered us the best products and, to say, he made us come back because they were working the mozzarella and we would have taken the most recent production. The raisins are excellent.

While passing through Boiano, we discovered this dairy. High quality and very tasty products, served in a very kind way by the owner. Recommended place for those who want to try really good dairy products. We will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mozzarelle servite fredde di frigorifero, non capisco come fanno le persone a dire che é un ottimo caseificio. Forse per altri prodotti, ma le mozzarelle fresche non possono essere servite a quella temperatura. Sicuramente non torneremo
Mozzarella served cold from the fridge, I don't understand how people say it's a great dairy. Maybe for other products, but fresh mozzarella cannot be served at that temperature. We will definitely not be returning
