★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'altro giorno abbiamo comprato al supermercato un panetto di mozzarella per pizza, l'abbiamo usato a metà e conservato l'altra metà in frigo, dopo una settimana l'abbiamo trovata marcia. Avendo pensato di aver sbagliato la conservazione, l'antivigilia di Pasqua (10/04/2020) ne abbiamo comprata un'altra, con scadenza 22/04/2020 e oggi 14/04/2020 che é ancora sigillata, la trovo in frigo totalmente deformata e con la muffa dentro! Risultato pessimo!
 The other day we bought a pan of mozzarella for pizza at the supermarket, we used it in half and kept the other half in the fridge, after a week we found it rotten. Having thought to have made a mistake in preserving it, Easter Sunday (10/04/2020) we bought another one, expiring on 22/04/2020 and today 14/04/2020 which is still sealed, I find it in the fridge totally deformed and with mold inside! Bad result!

Abbiamo deciso di pranzare lì, strano ed insolito sicuramente per i padroni che sono stati molto gentili nell'assecondarci.
Ci hanno servito formaggi di vario tipo tutti stra buoni ma soprattutto abbiamo apprezzato un primo sale condito con olive rucola e peperoncino e siero e ricotta ancora calda ottima ottima davvero.

We decided to have lunch there, strange and unusual certainly for the owners who were very kind to accommodate us.
We were served cheeses of various types all good stuff but above all we enjoyed a first seasoning with rocket and chilli olives and whey and ricotta still very good really good.
