★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una scamorza fresca di questa marca da un salumieria in provincia di Rimini. Tagliandola mi è caduto del latte sul piano cottura che era un po' tiepido ed il latte aveva un aspetto bianco bluastro. Dopo qualche minuto il liquido sembrava tipo calce. Per rimuoverlo ho dovuto usare un coltello perché si era formata tipo una pellicola. Comunque non ho sentito l odore di latte fresco nella scamorza. Per quanto mi riguarda non compro più questo prodotto.
I bought a fresh scamorza of this brand from a delicatessen in the province of Rimini. When I cut it, I dropped some milk on the hob which was a little warm and the milk had a bluish white appearance. After a few minutes the liquid looked like lime. To remove it I had to use a knife because it had formed like a film. However, I did not smell the fresh milk in the smoked cheese. As for me, I no longer buy this product.
