★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti freschi e di qualità. Facilmente raggiungibile dallo svincolo autostradale o dalla s.s.100. personale gentile, ma in particolare varietà di prodotti e di ottima qualità. Consigliato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altissima qualità dei prodotti solo non è piaciuta allo scrivente il non poter pagare liberamente con pago bancomat anche su spese inferiori ai 5 euro e dovendo pagare in contanti visto che difficilmente ormai li si porta dietro . Al 27 aprile 2022 solo 3 stelle.
The writer did not like the very high quality of the products, not being able to pay freely with ATM cards even on expenses of less than 5 euros and having to pay in cash since it is difficult to carry them around now. As of April 27, 2022 only 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosa dire? Le mozzarelle a Gioia del Colle sono famosissime ma personalmente preferisco quelle di Curci ed in particolare le burrate e le scamorze al latte. Vi arriveranno anche a casa con corriere se le ordinate. Se non vi accontentate solo delle mozzarelle allora c'è una buona ricotta vaccina da mangiare da sola o con la pasta o ancora per fare dolci ed una vasta scelta di formaggi a pasta dura, scamorze affumicate, scamorzoni, provolone dolci e piccante. Tutto è squisito e con certificazione doc.
What to say? The mozzarella in Gioia del Colle are very famous but personally I prefer those of Curci and in particular the burrata and the milk scamorza. They will also arrive at your home by courier if you order them. If you are not satisfied only with mozzarella then there is a good cow's milk ricotta to eat alone or with pasta or to make desserts and a wide choice of hard cheeses, smoked scamorza, scamorzoni, sweet and spicy provolone. Everything is exquisite and with doc certification.

Mozzarella buona.
Burratina ripiena di stracciatella molto buona.
Ricotta.sia sul pane che con la pasta davvero fresca e gustosa.
Ci sono poi tante alternative con tartufo.
Mangerei tutto.
E poi accontenta anche i palati con intolleranze al lattosio.
Un po' freddino come accoglienza....non da sud.
