Presso il caseificio Collebianco, potrete trovare trecce, bocconcini, tagli da 250 gr. e meravigliosi bocconcini immersi nella panna (i miei preferiti). Assaggiando tutti i prodotti, noterete come la qualità sia sempre ai massimi livelli e vi verrà voglia sempre di provarne di nuovi. Insomma, con Collebianco il godimento è assicurato!
 I've eaten this mozzarella practically since I was born. Its taste is unmistakable and delights the palate thanks to its right flavor and consistency. At the Collebianco dairy, you will find braids, morsels, cuts of 250 gr. and wonderful morsels dipped in cream (my favorites). Tasting all the products, you will notice how the quality is always at the highest levels and you will always want to try new ones. In short, with Collebianco enjoyment is guaranteed!

Bello spaccio, dove oltre alimenti caseari è possibile acquistare altri prodotti selezionati o consumare qualcosa ai tavoli. Il servizio è veloce ed efficiente e il personale sempre molto gentile e sorridente. La posizione è strategica di facile accesso. Consigliato a chi ama la mozzarella e in generale i prodotti caseari nella loro varie declinazioni.

High quality mozzarella, always constant and never altered. You can buy parma ham of the highest level and you can find the famous Controne beans and other niche products. Staff always kind to customers.

I had the pleasure of tasting this product both the braid and the classic mozzarella. Brought by a local friend. I am Sardinian. In my opinion it is the best I have ever eaten in my life. As soon as I can I will have it sent and absolutely exceptional.
