★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portarsi da Taranto a Massafra per acquistare in questo caseificio,dimostra l'eccellente qualità dei prodotti,e non importa se bisogna ogni qualvolta fare tanta strada (ne valeva la pena).
Purtroppo nota dolente stamani dalle ore 11.30 alle 13.30 ho provato ininterrottamente a contattarli telefonicamente,per posticipare al 24 un ordinazione fatta di persona,LIBERO ma non rispondeva nessuno.
Recatomi a Massafra per correttezza,visto che ieri avevo chiesto di mettermi da parte mozzarelle ed altri prodotti,ho fatto presente l'inconveniente delle telefonate e per tutta risposta mi è stato detto che
o si risponde al telefono o si serve il cliente e addirittura l'ordine da me fatto non era stato messo da parte.
Una stella sarebbe di troppo,visto la mancanza di
correttezza di questa gente.
Credo che questi comportamenti siano imputabili all'aver oramai raggiunto una certa notorietà.
Tenetevi i vostri prodotti,io acquisterò altrove.

Going from Taranto to Massafra to buy in this dairy demonstrates the excellent quality of the products, and it doesn't matter if you have to go a long way every time (it was worth it).
Unfortunately a sore point this morning from 11.30 to 13.30 I tried uninterruptedly to contact them by phone, to postpone an order made in person to 24, FREE but no one answered.
I went to Massafra to be fair, since yesterday I asked to put aside mozzarella and other products, I pointed out the inconvenience of the phone calls and in response I was told that
either you answer the phone or serve the customer and even the order I made was not put aside.
One star would be too many, given the lack of
fairness of these people.
I believe that these behaviors are attributable to having now achieved a certain notoriety.
Keep your products, I will buy elsewhere.
