La guida, gentile e preparata, disponibile a spiegare ed entrare nei dettagli dell'arte casearia. Interessante il disciplinare del Parmigiano Reggiano DOP. La visita infine si è conclusa nello spaccio del Caseificio, con un assaggio del loro prodotto, accompagnato da Aceto Balsamico.
