★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il TOP! Formaggio toma squisito, quest'anno ne ho acquistate ben 3 forme e diversi amici altrettante. Hanno anche ricotte, formaggi affumicati e primosale. Sempre disponibili, anche quando gli piombo in malga negli orari più improponibili a causa dei miei giri sui monti lì intorno (stupenda l'Alpe Veglia). Consigliato!!
The TOP! Exquisite toma cheese, this year I bought 3 shapes and several friends. They also have ricotta, smoked cheeses and primosale. Always available, even when I lead them to the hut at the most unlikely times because of my laps in the mountains around there (wonderful Alpe Veglia). Recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo un po' di formaggio fresco, ho chiesto di assaggiarlo, mi è stato risposto che non poteva, poi me ne ha dato un pezzettino minuscolo, ho detto va bene, ne prendo metà perchè fra 2 giorni vado via. Risposta: vendo solo forme intere. Allora mi dia un formagg io fresco più piccolo intero, tipo la ricotta, dico io. Eh ma tanto vale, prenda il primo sale ! mi si risponde. Me ne sono andata.
Riassumendo: non fa assaggiare i formaggi,li vende solo interi,e quando ho voluto comprarlo intero non me lo ha dato perchè voleva vendermi quello che mi aveva fatto assaggiare.

To sum up: he does not taste the cheeses, he sells them only whole, and when I wanted to buy it whole he didn't give it to me because he wanted to sell me what he had made me taste.
Not recommended!
