★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se passate nel raggio di 100km vale la pena fare una deviazione solo per loro. Sono un'eccellenza che negli anni ha richiamato turisti gastronomici da ogni parte d'Italia. La bontà dei formaggi è impossibile da descrivere, ma già di vede dalle produzioni che hanno quel qualcosa in più oltre la semplice genuinità. Troppo troppo troppo buono!

Ho provato altri caseifici tra l' aquila rocca di cambio o di mezzo e tornimparte...bhe,,,lasciamo stare.
Qui dai di carlo sono artigianali e diverse dalle altre con un sapore eccezionale.le altre sono insapori.E il sapore e' costante da 25 anni.
Gorgonzola ? se potessi ne mangerei 1 kg l giorno.
Ottime le scamorze ( pascite).
Prezzi:??se bene vuoi mangiare da dicarlo devi andare.
se vuoi risparmiare c'e' il supermercato con mozzarelle imbustate

I tried other dairies between the eagle rocca di Cambio or di mezzo e tornimparte ... well ,,, forget it.
Here dai di carlo are artisanal and different from the others with an exceptional flavor, the others are tasteless and the flavor has been constant for 25 years.
Gorgonzola? if I could I would eat 1 kg per day.
The scamorza (pastured) are excellent.
Prices: if you want to eat well you have to go.
if you want to save money there is the supermarket with bagged mozzarella

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Formaggi Top!! Ricotta mozzarelle e "erborinato" (se è scritto bene) che è una crema al gongonzola unica!!! Personale super simpatico. Manca uno spazio per consumare peccato!!
Top cheeses !! Ricotta mozzarella and "blue cheese" (if it is written correctly) which is a unique gongonzola cream !!! Super nice staff. There is no space to consume sin !!
