Dai panzerotti fritti alla speciale focaccia pugliese con diverse varianti; con nodini, mozzarella fior di latte di varie pezzature; la fantastica stracciatella e lo stracchino; i provoloni e le scamorze fresche, secche e affumicate; le olive con diversi condimenti, la ricotta fresca, la ricotta marzotica, il cacio ricotta e il caciocavallo. Biscotti di marzapane, friselle di grano e di orzo, taralli, pasta fresca tipica come le orecchiette, le strascinate i cavatelli e tanto altro.
I prezzi molto accessibili ed onesti, tutto molto buono. Ogni volta che assaggio una loro specialità, faccio un tuffo nel passato e riscopro quei gusti e sapori che mi hanno accompagnato per anni durante la mia infanzia. Lo raccomando sicuramente a tutti coloro che vogliono fare un salto in Puglia restando a Verona.
Excellent typical Apulian gastronomic-dairy specialties. From fried panzerotti to the special Apulian focaccia with different variations; with knots, fior di latte mozzarella of various sizes; the fantastic stracciatella and stracchino; fresh, dried and smoked provolone and scamorza cheese; olives with different toppings, fresh ricotta, marzotica ricotta, ricotta cheese and caciocavallo. Marzipan biscuits, wheat and barley friselle, taralli, typical fresh pasta such as orecchiette, strascinate, cavatelli and much more.
Very affordable and honest prices, all very good. Every time I taste one of their specialties, I take a dip in the past and rediscover those tastes and flavors that have accompanied me for years during my childhood. I definitely recommend it to all those who want to visit Puglia while staying in Verona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le mozzarelle e prodotti caseari più buoni del Veronese, prodotti nel loro laboratorio sono sempre freschi e gustosi, da assaggiare anche la ricotta e la scamorza affumicata sempre da loro e come non citare anche la loro focaccia barese, uno spettacolo.
Per fortuna ci sono loro che riescono a farmi riassaporare i sapori della Puglia .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La burrata non era come mi aspettavo, in quanto era come un gavettone che al taglio è esploso facendo fuoriuscire tutto il liquido e afflosciandosi. La panna cotta, invece, deliziosa. Prezzi circa doppi rispetto a prodotti da supermercato.
The burrata was not what I expected, as it was like a water balloon that exploded when cut making all the liquid come out and collapsing. The panna cotta, on the other hand, is delicious. Prices about double compared to supermarket products.
