★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho incontrato questa azienda alla Fiera dell'artigianato di Milano. Ho provato la loro fontina DOP, quella con latte di alto alpeggio. Strabiliante! Gestita da ragazzi bravi, competenti e volenterosi. A primavera andremo a trovarli per acquistare gli altri prodotti. Largo ai giovani !
I met this company at the Milan Handicraft Fair. I tried their fontina DOP, the one with high mountain pasture milk. Amazing! Run by good, competent and willing guys. In spring we will visit them to buy the other products. Make way for young people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cordialità, dedizione e tanta tanta passione. Difficile descrivere quanto impegno venga messo ogni giorno nella cura degli animali e nella produzione artigianale. Davvero una tappa super consigliata. Non perdete la selezione di formaggi... SPAZIALI!!!
PS: avvisare prima dell'arrivo è consigliabile per aiutarli ad organizzarsi al meglio con le visite.
