★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affittato l anno scorso villa Roberto....casa molto sporca. Sudicio ovunque e la cucina con la cappa unta e appiccicosa.
Pochissimi piatti bicchieri ecc.
Bagno a piano terra non funzionava e non è mai stato riparato. Sinceramente prezzo esagerato per ciò che viene offerto. I peli del cane in piscina non rispecchiano la verità
Rented last year villa Roberto .... very dirty house. Messy everywhere and the kitchen with the greasy and sticky hood.
Very few dishes, glasses etc.
Ground floor bathroom was not working and was never repaired. Sincerely exaggerated price for what is offered. The dog's hair in the pool does not reflect the truth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a house using this agency this year. When we arrived, the house was filthy. Floors, kitchen, bathroom, pots, pans, coffee maker needed deep cleaning. Anthony, the manager of the agency, was dismissive and totally unprofessional. Maid services did not show up despite the fact that we paid for them. I would recommend that you don't use the agency or rent the properties they manage. There are other agencies that you can use in the area. It was a nightmare for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give more than 5 stars I would...Anthony was incredibly helpful in assisting us in renting a villa in Forte dei Marmi. The villa was immaculately clean, well equipped and check in was easy. He recommended a great beach club and even called up and ordered delivery pizza for us as we don’t speak Italian. He’s such a pleasant and fun person to deal with and I will definitely be using his company next year. Grazie!
