★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza! Si autoproclamano professionisti e si comportano come dilettanti e avventurieri. Abbiamo fatto proposta acquisto per una casa, che doveva essere consegnata chiavi in mano con i lavori di ristrutturazione obbligati con l'azienda del marito, (rigiri poco chiari), con pratiche interminabili di condoni e sanatorie prima dell'inizio dei lavori, mai verificatisi, con promesse costanti ad ogni mese, che il mese successivo il comune avrebbe rilasciato i permessi. Assurdo!
Scorrettezza anche in fase di proposta di acquisto, dichiarando al sottoscritto che aveva altre proposte in mano (vere o presunte), e che se avrei voluto pareggiarle dovevo alzare l'offerta, acquistando obbligatoriamente un garage a cui non ero interessato.
Questo si chiama asta al rialzo, e pratica commerciale scorretta nei confronti dei clienti.
Dopo aver effettuato la proposta, e lasciato la caparra, (ogni agenzia seria, doveva depositare l'assegno fino al rogito) cosa mai avvenuta, e ad oggi dopo 1 anno, essendo la proposta decaduta per inadempienza delle condizioni da parte del venditore, siamo ancora ad aspettare la restituzione della somma versata.
I "professionisti" hanno avuto pure il coraggio di dichiarare che siamo stati noi clienti ad autorizzare l'agenzia a dare l'assegno al venditore per riscuoterlo. Assolutamente falso!
Non finiesce qui. Dopo il decadimento della proposta, la sig.ra Patrizia, ha avuto anche il coraggio di dire al nostro consulente tecnico, che spettava a noi andare a richiedere i soldi della caparra al venditore, il quale non aveva soldi da restituire.
Decantano professionismo e correttezza, ma nei metodi, approcci e atteggiamenti verso il cliente, dimostrano totalmente il contrario.
Diffidate
Bad experience! They call themselves professionals and behave like amateurs and adventurers. We made a purchase proposal for a house, which had to be delivered turnkey with the obligatory renovations with the husband's company, (unclear turnaround), with interminable amnesties and amnesties before the start of the works, never occurred , with constant promises every month, that the next month the municipality would issue permits. Absurd!
Incorrectness also in the purchase proposal phase, declaring to the undersigned that he had other proposals in hand (true or presumed), and that if I wanted to equalize them I had to raise the offer, necessarily buying a garage in which I was not interested.
This is called an upward auction, and unfair commercial practice towards customers.
After having made the proposal, and left the deposit, (every serious agency had to deposit the check until the deed) what never happened, and to date after 1 year, since the proposal lapsed due to non-fulfillment of the conditions by the seller, we are still waiting for the refund of the amount paid.
The "professionals" also had the courage to declare that it was us clients who authorized the agency to give the check to the seller to collect it. Absolutely false!
It doesn't end here. After the revocation of the proposal, Mrs. Patrizia also had the courage to tell our technical consultant that it was up to us to go and request the money from the down payment from the seller, who had no money to return.
They praise professionalism and fairness, but in the methods, approaches and attitudes towards the customer, they totally demonstrate the opposite.
