★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto meraviglioso per un escursione non troppo impegnativa fisicamente, continui scorci da ammirare durante il tragitto. Sicuramente impegnativo nei giorni estivi assolati e caldi.
Wonderful place for a not too physically demanding excursion, continuous glimpses to admire along the way. Certainly challenging on sunny and hot summer days.

Si raggiunge tramite un sentiero poco battuto e mal segnalato e l'ultimo tratto è da fare aiutato da una corda legata ad un albero presente ai margini del sentiero, ma nonostante tutto ne vale la pena.
Beautiful place to enjoy nature and an ice bath restaurant!
It can be reached via a little beaten and poorly marked path and the last stretch is to be done with the help of a rope tied to a tree at the edge of the path, but despite everything it is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cascata di trova al Balzolo. Superate le tre gallerie scavate nella roccia...si cammina per altri 15 minuti... A sinistra si nota poi un sentiero non segnalato che scende verso la cascata. È un tratto scosceso non molto agevole. Fare molta attenzione.. Per i più arditi c'è una corda che permette di scendere alla base della cascata ma la si vede bene cmq anche non scendendo giù.. Sopra la cascata c'è poi un piccolo canion dove scorre l'acqua facilmente raggiungibile.
The waterfall is located in Balzolo. After passing the three tunnels dug into the rock ... you walk for another 15 minutes ... On the left you can see an unmarked path that descends towards the waterfall. It is a steep stretch that is not very easy. Be very careful .. For the more daring there is a rope that allows you to go down to the base of the waterfall but you can see it well cmq even if you don't go down .. Above the waterfall there is a small canyon where the water flows easily reachable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice walk from Pennapiedimonte to the waterfall. Lots of spectacular views. Beware of hot days, since the trail is mainly exposed, but there is water available about half way up and at the picnic area, past the falls. The waterfall itself is tiny, but the ravine is worth exploring.
