Non sono riuscita a vedere una casa dopo aver preso appuntamento e avendo a disposizione poco tempo perché attualmente vivo all’estero e sono a Roma per pochi giorni proprio per vedere delle case per poter rientrare a vivere nella capitale. Arrivata all’appuntamento la persona che ho trovato in agenzia ha costruito dal nulla una storia tutta sua e del suo collega a quanto pare, fatta di un’ipotetica collaborazione non gradita e di un misterioso cliente estero e inoltre dicendomi che avevo sbagliato giorno. Dopo quest’accoglienza, sbalordita e innervosita da queste illazioni me ne sono andata dicendo loro che se questo era il trattamento riservato ai clienti avrebbero potuto chiudere subito bottega! Sconsigliatissimo!!!! Lack of respect, friendliness and professionalism to put it in a few words. I was unable to see a house after making an appointment and having little time available because I currently live abroad and I am in Rome for a few days just to see houses to be able to return to live in the capital. When I arrived at the appointment, the person I found in the agency built a story of his own and his colleague apparently from scratch, made of a hypothetical unwelcome collaboration and a mysterious foreign client and also telling me that I had the wrong day. After this reception, stunned and nervous by these allegations, I went away telling them that if this was the treatment reserved for customers, they could have closed the shop immediately! Sconsigliatissimo !!!!
