Mi ha persino mostrato altre panchine simili che aveva nel suo negozio, inviandomi foto e dettagli su whatsapp. È molto gentile, veloce nel rispondere e mi ha tenuto informato in ogni momento. He even showed me other similar benches he had in his shop, sending me photos and details on whatsapp. He is very polite, quick to respond and kept me informed at all times.
