Un bistrot alla francese nascosto in una zona residenziale pistoiese.
Un'esperienza diversa. Il cibo ben curato e le ricette rivisitate con fantasia , ma senza invadenza.
Una coccola meritata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prezzi sono un po' troppo alti, mi aspettavo piatti pieni di sapore, accostamenti non proprio riusciti, io di ristoranti dello stesso livello ne giro tanti, e questo mi è parso nella media, pochi piatti poca scelta non vale il prezzo pagato, mi aspettavo una cucina da ricordare, ma niente.
The prices are a bit too high, I was expecting dishes full of flavor, not really successful combinations, I go to many restaurants of the same level, and this seemed to me to be average, few dishes, little choice, not worth the price paid, I I was expecting a kitchen to remember, but nothing.

Locale semplice e accogliente dove si mangia del pesce davvero buono e con accostamenti interessanti, sia crudo sia cotto.
Il menu è, volutamente e necessariamente, ristretto e può variare molto in base al pesce migliore trovato in giornata.
La carta dei vini anch'essa ristretta ma calibrata...offre vari champagne e bianchi niente male.

Ci sono anche portate di carne ma lo vedrei meglio togliendole del tutto dal menu.

Simple and welcoming place where you can eat really good fish with interesting combinations, both raw and cooked.
The menu is, deliberately and necessarily, restricted and can vary greatly depending on the best fish found during the day.
The wine list, which is also small but balanced ... offers various champagnes and whites, not bad.

There are also meat courses but I would see it better if you take them off the menu altogether.
