S	Sara Pellegrini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 7 ore di viaggio una caparra data precedente e diverse chiamate interconnese ci dicono che la nostra casa e stata affittata ad altri e non c'è più posto..dopo una discussione perché non sapevamo cosa fare con una neonata ci trovano una soluzione lì nel residence peccato che veniamo trattati malissimo nonostante l'errore fosse il loro.casa poco curata piscina che e una pozzanghera lontano dal mare e poca professionalità sono le caratteristiche di questo posto. Davvero rigenerante soggiornare in quel luogo, amo questo posto For me it is a fabulous place, I would always stay there, for the nature, the quiet and the beauty of the house that has a history, being dated and its beauty. L'edificio è stato sicuramente ristrutturato da alcuni anni, la posizione degli appartamenti potrà variare fra un ambiente caldo (ho visto condizionatori, non sono serviti) e stanze più umide e fresche. Il giardinetto e la piscina (adatta per bimbi, rilassamento) completano un ambiente informale e tranquillo. Le esperienze sono personali, non nego che la struttura possa migliorare i propri servizi (ad es. buca in strada d'accesso, reti dei letti, comunicazione); Noi (2 appartamenti, 5 adulti + 2 bambini) abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e non vedo corrispondenza con la media di recensioniG che mi aveva spaventato prima dell'arrivo. buon soggiorno Immersed in the woods, clean, rustic. Note negative: le foto sono totalmente fuorvianti, sarebbe più corretto fotografare tutti gli appartamenti e non solo il piu bello, e descriverne le caratteristiche, così da poter valutare se il costo è congruo rispetto all'alloggio offerto. Personalmente ero convinta che avrei avuto un appartamento a 2 piani con giardino e non un bilocale senza alcuno sfogo, considerando anche che avevo 2 cani. Tutto questo per oltre € 100,00 a notte. Altra nota negativa, il costo per l'ospitalità dei miei cani, nell'annuncio è specificato il costo di € 4,30 al giorno, mentre in loco mi sono stati chiesti € 30,00 forfettari per ogni cane, anche se il loro soggiorno era solo per 3 notti (sono stati solo 3 notti, io 5). Nel complesso l'impressione è che il tentativo sia quello di mistificare la realtà, cosa poco corretta. Beautiful structure and in line with the announcement.
