Tuttavia, una volta avuto modo di verificare la mia insoddisfazione, l'azienda ha saputo dimostrarsi molto sensibile e attenta alla mia soddisfazione, trovando una giusta soluzione alle mie esigenze. Il valore di un'azienda non lo si vede solo nella qualità del prodotto, ma soprattutto nel saper gestire al meglio le situazioni che presentano problemi, facendo sentire il cliente importante e rispettato non solo con le parole ma anche con i fatti, come nel mio caso. Anzi sto spendendo dei soldi in più e ho segnalato delle falle di cottura al pavimento per le quali non ho ricevuto risposta scritta. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Salve purtroppo ho acquistato un pavimento Casalgrande lappato . Messo su tutta la casa. La qualità è buona ma l'effetto finale terribile. La pulizia è impossibile. Rimangono aloni e striature e non sembra mai pulito. Ho contattato l'assistenza che è stata disponibile: mi ha inviato le istruzioni per la pulizia ( che forse mi avrebbe dovuto dare il rivenditore) . Ho comprato prodotti specifici indicati. Eseguito le istruzioni ma nulla. Ora sono costretta a richiedere la possibilità di lucidare il pavimento o chiedere a una ditta specializzata una qualche soluzione. Mi costerà non poco. Sono davvero delusa. Sono davvero in imbarazzo quando invito qualcuno con quel pavimento. L'ho ricoperto di tappeti per coprirlo. Lo sconsiglio vivamente. G	Grazia Timbaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata in sede per vedere delle piastrelle. Non avevo idea di quale materiale scegliere, perché io e mio marito abbiamo gusti decisamente opposti. A lui è piaciuta la collezione Marmoker, mentre io preferisco la Beton. Ovunque si guardi, le piastrelle sono bellissime!!!! Sia la receptionist che l'addetto commerciale sono stati gentilissimi! Anche se non vendono direttamente ai privati, ci hanno dato tutti i nominativi dei rivenditori. Compreremo sicuramente piastrelle Casalgrande Padana!!!! I went to the office to see some tiles. A	Anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La collezione Terre di Sardegna è bellissima e per un po' sono stata interessata ad usarla per pavimentare i 130 mq del mio appartamento. Purtroppo i prezzi di vendita al pubblico variano tantissimo da un negozio all'altro, quindi ho chiesto un preventivo tramite il sito aziendale ma si è rivelato uno strumento inutile anche se a detta loro avrei dovuto ricevere riscontro dai rivenditori della mia zona. Visto che non ho ricevuto alcuna assistenza ed ho perso molto tempo in questa ricerca ho optato per un'altra soluzione. The Terre di Sardegna collection is beautiful and for a while I was interested in using it to pave the 130 square meters of my apartment. Unfortunately, selling prices to the public vary a lot from one store to another, so I asked for a quote through the company website but it turned out to be a useless tool even if according to them I should have received feedback from retailers in my area. B	Benoit Coolpilote on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 étoiles pour l'esthétique, malgré m'être bien renseigné sur les caractéristiques UPEC avec de très bonne notes de résistance et dans tout les domaines nous avions flashé sur le metalwood iridio. 1 ans et demi après que dire ? Heureusement qu'il est pleine masse pour le prix, mais il est très très fragile, nous déplorons déjà énormément de poc sans que rien ne soit forcément tombé dessus... Pour une maison neuve et posé par des artisans avec de très bonne réputation nous sommes déçu. 2 stars for the aesthetics, despite being well informed about the UPEC characteristics with very good resistance ratings and in all areas we had flashed on the metalwood iridio. 1 and a half years later, what can I say? Il rivenditore a cui mi ero rivolto mi ha detto che non erano più in produzione e mi ha consigliato di parlare direttamente con l'azienda. Mi hanno passato una persona del commerciale, tale Sara che mi ha risposto con un tono veramente indisponente, ribadendomi che non erano disponibili e fine. Alla mia richiesta ulteriore di aiuto mi ha risposto in malo modo dicendo che "erano già 11 minuti che mi ascoltava e non poteva parlare con i privati quindi di rivolgermi al suo rivenditore"..... Forse certe persone dovrebbero riflettere sul fatto che se noi privati non acquistassimo i loro prodotti, loro non avrebbero un posto di lavoro.......
