★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo posto è perfetto se volete: visitare l’Umbria, godervi una vacanza rilassante , vivere un’ esperienza nella campagna Umbra, circondati dalla natura.
Io personalmente ho vissuto tutte e tre queste esperienze.
Se l’obiettivo è visitare l’Umbria, questo casale è il posto ideale. Le principali città: Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto, le cascate delle Marmore distano tra i 40 e i 45
Minuti circa tutte quante, Todi a 10 Minuti. Piccolo supermercato Conad a meno di 5 minuti di auto, grande supermercato Emi a meno di 10 minuti.
Altri servizi si possono trovare al paese vicino Ponterio.
Pur essendo in aperta campagna, la superstrada più vicina dista meno di 5 minuti in auto e ti connette in tutte le direzioni.
Avevo molte aspettative per quanto riguarda l’abitazione, ma quello che ho trovato è stato addirittura superiore. I proprietari hanno costruito con Amore
questa abitazione, all’interno non manca veramente niente e la piscina fuori bellissima e ben tenuta. Anche volendo non riuscirei a trovare nessuno difetto.

This place is perfect if you want to: visit Umbria, enjoy a relaxing holiday, live an experience in the Umbrian countryside, surrounded by nature.
I personally have experienced all three of these experiences.
If the goal is to visit Umbria, this farmhouse is the ideal place. The main cities: Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto, the Marmore waterfalls are between 40 and 45
Approximately all of them, 10 minutes to Todi. Small Conad supermarket less than 5 minutes drive away, large Emi supermarket less than 10 minutes away.
Other services can be found in the neighboring town of Ponterio.
Despite being in the open countryside, the nearest highway is less than 5 minutes by car and connects you in all directions.
I had a lot of expectations regarding housing, but what I found was even higher. The owners have built with Love
this house, nothing really lacks inside and the swimming pool is beautiful and well kept. Even if I wanted to, I could find no fault.
