Complimenti a tutti e un grazie come sempre alla padrona di casa e alla sua ospitalità. Mystical experience, all very good, chef's hat, I must say that I ate all the things that normally I would not have chosen of my own free will from a menu, so I tried all dishes completely new for me and they were an extraordinary discovery, rich, true flavors and of remarkable quality. Mantenendo intatti i punti nevralgici delle antiche casate come il grande camino nella sala centrale e le travi a vista di questi alti soffitti. Locale tipico ma con prodotti friulani particolari come ad esempio gnocchi di farina di vinaccia di ribolla gialla oppure le buonissime crespelle al carbone vegetale, i secondi specie il coniglio al pestât e coscia d’ anatra si sciolgono in bocca. Una menzione in particolare per la ricca scelta di distillati, amari e liquori particolari. I dolci sono variegati e buonissimi! Inutile dire che siamo usciti da lì decisamente sazi e soddisfatti. Cibo a Km 0, abbiamo optato per i menù degustazione e le pietanze erano squisite. Le crespelle con ricotta, sclopit e camomilla eccellenti e consigliate! Il personale molto gentile e attento Purtroppo il tempo non permetteva di stare fuori, ma c’è un giardino carinissimo per le giornate di sole! Utilizzano i loro prodotti e i piatti risultano gustosi e ben presentati. Il top è la loro torta cremosa al cioccolato con il caramello. Immerso nella campagna, a ridosso della prima fascia collinare di Fagagna, nella quiete più assoluta, il locale si divide in 2 sale: a sinistra troviamo la sala con un grande "fogolar" che rende l'ambiente molto accogliente e familiare, trasmettendo quella sensazione di essere in famiglia. A destra c'è la sala più grande. L'arredamento tipico friulano, tendende a una classica sala di caccia, è molto bello da vivere. Menù stretto ma completo con esclusivi piatti della casa. Ottimi! La titolare è cordiale, disponibile e gentile. Ti mette a tuo agio e puoi trascorre una serata piacevolissima. Prezzi nella norma. Ci ritornerò sicuramente. It is a very nice place! Immersed in the countryside, close to the first hills of Fagagna, in the most absolute quiet, the restaurant is divided into 2 rooms: on the left we find the room with a large "fogolar" which makes the environment very welcoming and familiar, transmitting that feeling to be in the family. To the right is the largest room. The typical Friulian furniture, tending to a classic hunting room, is very nice to live. Tight but complete menu with exclusive house dishes. Excellent! The owner is friendly, helpful and kind. It puts you at ease and you can spend a very pleasant evening. Prices in the norm. I will definitely be back.
