Appena fatto l'ordine non ho ricevuto nessuna conferma ne via mail né sul sito, ho dovuto chiamare io il giorno dopo per sicurezza. 2. Quando chiamo concordiamo la consegna presso presso un ufficio postale come fermo posta. Con spedizione il lunedì successivo. 3. Il martedì non avendo ricevuto mail di spedizione avvenuta richiamo e mi dicono che il pacco è partito lunedì. Mercoledì mi richiamano loro dicendo che si son sbagliati ed è partito martedì. È arrivato all'ufficio postale il venerdì, ossia 8 giorni dopo l'ordine. 4. Sul pacco non c'è nome del destinatario ne mio numero di telefono, ma solo l'indirizzo dell'ufficio postale, per fortuna abito in un paese piccolo e ci conosciamo tutti quindi dopo qualche dubbio li convinco che è per me. 5. Allegato al pacco doveva esserci un PDF per una promozione di un sito loro partner e non c'è. Mi mandano un codice per email, ma risulta sbagliato. Gli scrivo per chiedere il codice corretto. Prima risposta: lo recupero subito e glielo mando. Seconda risposta a mio sollecito 2 giorni dopo: siamo in ferie glielo mando lunedì. Oggi è mercoledì, ho scritto altre 2 volte e nessuna risposta. È un peccato perché i prodotti sono veramente buoni, ma per una serie di banalità e di errori stupidi mi han fatto passare la voglia di ricomprare. Bad shopping experience.
