★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è solo un pastificio... È un ristorante, di sera solo venerdì e sabato, che sicuramente vi conquisterà. Dall'antipasto al dolce ho assaporato pietanze preparate quasi alla perfezione, c'è una buona scelta di vini e lo staff è gentilissimo... Straconsigliato!

E il punto di forza non possono che essere i primi, una scelta selezionata di paste rigorosamente fatta a mano, che si possono anche acquistare da asporto, al bancone. Da provare, senza dubbio, le mezzelune ripiene. La qualità è veramente alta. Per il resto lascio parlare le foto...!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ottimo ristorante in centro, la pasta viene fatta quasi al momento e dal vetro si intravedono le ragazze che preparano ravioli e tortellini, viene l'acquolina in bocca al solo guardarle!
Ampia selezione di vini e grande competenza del personale nel saper consigliare la giusta selezione in base alle pietanze ordinate.
Forse un pò caro, ma ne vale la pena per la genuinità dei prodotti offerti!

Casadora, pastificio con cucina sarà il paradiso per i pastalovers come me.
Un locale caratterizzato dal bellissimo bancone lungo 3 metri posto all’entrata, alle spalle del quale è possibile ammirare il laboratorio a vista e la cucina. Perché Casadora è un “pastificio con cucina”, ed è quindi possibile non solo acquistare la pasta fresca da preparare a casa, ma anche gustare a pranzo i piatti preparati.
Negli spazi di via Oslavia 11, a pochi metri da Piazza Mazzini, c’è posto per 30 coperti interni e 15 esterni. Grande cura è stata dedicata anche all’ampia scaffalatura con la selezione di prodotti in vendita, tutti italiani e di piccole aziende, con un occhio di riguardo al biologico.
Nel laboratorio ogni giorno vengono preparati diversi formati di pasta in versione classica o moderna. Non solo pasta fresca da consumare a breve, ma anche paste abbattute poiché contengono ripieni “particolari”.
Potrete assaporare paste come i Tortelli ripieni di tartare di gamberi rosa e lime, o i Cappellacci con salsa di pomodori arrosto, e ancora i Cappellacci ripieni di Amatriciana, senza dimenticare quelli con ripieno fondente al Brie.

A room characterized by a beautiful 3-meter long counter at the entrance, behind which you can admire the open laboratory and the kitchen. Because Casadora is a "pasta factory with kitchen", and it is therefore possible not only to buy fresh pasta to prepare at home, but also to enjoy the dishes prepared for lunch.
In the spaces of Via Oslavia 11, a few meters from Piazza Mazzini, there is room for 30 indoor and 15 outdoor seats. Great care was also dedicated to the large shelving with the selection of products for sale, all Italian and from small companies, with an eye to organic products.
In the laboratory every day different shapes of pasta are prepared in a classic or modern version. Not only fresh pasta to be eaten shortly, but also blast pastas as they contain “special” fillings.
You can savor pastas such as Tortelli stuffed with pink prawn and lime tartare, or Cappellacci with roasted tomato sauce, and even Cappellacci stuffed with Amatriciana, without forgetting those with dark Brie filling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location, very central, recently opened. It was suggested to us and we tried it for dinner. Luckily it was one of the few evenings it's open, and we were lucky. Fresh pasta on display at the internal counter, and also served at the table. Wide selection of first courses, but also very interesting appetizers and main courses. Very nice and professional staff. The choice of wines is also good. We chose chickpea hummus, ricotta and ciauscolo ravioli, sea bass cannoli and fillet of pagro. To return and try the other specialties. Costs definitely adequate the offered quality. Very recommended, very good.
