E' stato conferito l' incarico a casa zero a gennaio 2021. solo a giugno ci è stato comunicato che dall' accesso agli atti sono emerse difformità urbanistiche/catastali in riferimento anche alla perizia del tecnico incaricato, perizia che poi si è rivelata redatta con errori. per ottenere copia della documentazione prodotta dal comune che era stata inviata alla società SOPERIMM su incarico di Casa Zero, abbiamo dovuto attendere ottobre, dopo innumerevoli mail e telefonate. Solo allora con un nostro geometra incaricato abbiamo avviato le procedure per sanare le difformità. ci siamo quindi nuovamente rivolti a Casa Zero inviando tutta la documentazione aggiornata ma abbiamo atteso invano per settimane una risposta. Dopo ulteriori solleciti siamo stati liquidati con l' IMBARAZZANTE FRASE: trattandosi di edificio unifamiliare non è possibile riaprire la commessa. A questo punto ci stiamo muovendo per vie legali! Sollecitati circa la pratica mi rispondono che non accettano più nuove case singole. Fatto presente di aver mandato tutto a fine novembre mi rispondono che non lavorano più con l’agente che mi ha seguito e che, quindi, mi devo arrangiare. Cosa posso dire? Vi sembra professionale? Traete voi le vostre conclusioni… io ho già ben avviato un piano B, a fronte del fatto che poi volte ho chiesto info e le risposte sono sempre state:”Il tecnico xxxx lo trova nel pomeriggio, la facciamo richiamare”. Telefonata che ovviamente non ho mai ricevuto. Insomma: pessima esperienza! Da settembre 2021 che ho avviato (tramite un loro collaboratore) la richiesta di attività con tanto di invio documenti ecc..oggi ancora nulla anzi, chiamati due volte in due mesi ora mi sento pure rispondere che non sanno chi sono! quel che è peggio, è che non sembra interessargli poi tanto, si perdono a chiederti chi sei, come ti chiami, ma poi non parli con nessuno!.. PERDITA DI TEMPO ASSOLUTA, grazie a loro (e ad un altro contractor prima di loro per essere onesti) ho perso la possibilità di aderire al 110, GRAZIE!!! L	Luigi Giamb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato la società per farmi eseguire i lavori di ristrutturazione della mia casa attingendo al "Bonus 110" ancora all'inizio del 2021, da allora ci sono stati dei ritardi di inizio lavori da imputare alle continue variazioni legislative ma Casa Zero si è presa in carico di tutto dalla parte burocratica all'esecuzione dei lavori. Ci sono stati dei ritardi rispetto al previsto quasi sempre imputabili a fattori estranei alla ditta soprattutto per il "Covid 19" che ha fatto bloccare i lavori in vari momenti. Confermo la professionalità dei responsabili e dei loro operai, nonostante alcuni inevitabili problemi sopravenuti data la complessità delle lavorazioni, hanno sempre saputo risolvere ogni problema. Serietà, competenza, gentilezza sono ciò che contraddistingue Casa Zero. Posso confermare che i lavori sono stati eseguiti come da programma, nonostante le difficoltà a reperire i materiali data la grande domanda di questo periodo, comunque società promossa a pieni voti e confermo le cinque stelle come valutazione complessiva. Se non conttatto io non si fa sentire nessuno. Poco professionali e ok che con il covid le cose vanno per le lunghe ma adesso basta. Si sono presi i soldi per bloccare i lavori e poi prima devo aspettare dopo le ferie, dopo bisogna aspettare dopo le feste di Natale e adesso cosa devo aspettare dopo Pasqua? d	denis padoin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è ancora troppo. L'azienda si è fatta negare, solo l'agente ha tenuto i contatti posticipando di volta in volta le scadenze, 10 mesi! Ci hanno richiesto diverse volte gli stessi documenti, la pratica era di volta in volta bloccata perchè mancava la cauzione, documento che era stato inviato fin da subito. Si sono trattenuti la cauzione anche se al telefono ci era stato assicurato il contrario. Col senno di poi non immagino la gestione del cantiere ma soprattutto la gestione documentale con le relative asseverazioni, credo che il danno fosse stato ben peggiore. Neppure quando mi son presentato in sede si son degnati di farmi parlare con qualche responsabile. Devo dire che non ho visto in giro neppure un cantiere attivo, tanta apparenza ma sostanza 0!
