Lavori di ristrutturazione svolti con la cessione del credito al 50%, e ora se il governo lo permette, la fattibilità e se Ciro e EDILCASA MULTISERVICE hanno la possibilità ( data la mole di lavoro ), vorrei fare richiesta per il 110% . Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza positiva sotto ogni punto di vista. Siamo molto soddisfatti del risultato finale e positivamente sorpresi dalle modalità con cui è stato gestito il cantiere in tutte le sue fasi. Ci ha colpito innanzitutto la professionalità di Ciro Manzaro, il titolare, con cui abbiamo avuto il primo incontro preliminare per la stesura del preventivo. Avevamo i tempi limitati e Ciro è riuscito a comprendere le nostre esigenze e a coordinare tutta l'attività (compresi acquisto materiali e consigli tecnici) fino ad arrivare alla consegna della casa finita! Un bagno piccolo piccolo con un gradino di 10cm dove c’erano appoggiati i sanitari , tutte le imprese mi avevano detto che il gradino andava lasciato e non si poteva assolutamente togliere … solo Manzaro Ciro è riuscito ad eliminare il gradino, a studiato con il suo team la riorganizzazione degli spazi tolto la vasca messo la doccia posizionati i sanitari sospesi ecc.. rendendo il bagno veramente bello. Consiglio a tutti di affidarvi a lui e al suo team, potete consegnargli chiavi e farvi vedere solo alla fine dei lavori . Grazie a tutti per aver fatto uno splendido lavoro . ? ? ? soddisfatto ♥️ I was very satisfied with the work done. Hanno eseguito tutte le opere x la riqualificazione energetica (bonus 110) ed in contemporanea ristrutturazione 50%. Sono stati velocissini rispettando tutti i tempi prestabiliti lasciavano tutte le sere il cantiere pulitissimo...e questo non era scontato!!!!Lo consiglierei a tutti ...pero' sono cosi' richiesti.....che non e' facile accaparrarseli fantastic team for competence, professionalism and education. D	Dario Madella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto ristrutturare due appartamenti di mia proprietà oltre aver fatto fare dei ripristini importanti (svolti in maniera impeccabile) su casa mia appena finita (lavori fatti da incompetenti) sono estremamente soddisfatto innanzitutto per la qualità del lavoro (devo dire TOP) e soprattutto per l'attenzione dei dettagli (sono quelli che fanno la differenza) .Ciro è sempre disponibile oltre ad essere un professionista VERO... ti consiglia al meglio su come poter impostare alcune lavorazioni. Lo consiglio assolutamente. NE SARETE SICURAMENTE SODDISFATTI. VOTO?
