Ho capito subito di essere nel posto giusto: ho trovato un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, una vasta scelta, ma soprattutto ho apprezzato la disponibilità e la professionalità dei proprietari che non solo mi hanno aiutato nella scelta di un divano letto e di un materasso matrimoniale di ultima generazione, ma hanno risolto con prontezza un disguido causato dalla casa produttrice. Sono davvero soddisfatto dei miei acquisti che sono stati consegnati nei tempi previsti malgrado il periodo natalizio e le difficoltà del periodo covid. Per montare gli armadi mi hanno graffiato il parquet nuovo. Per quanto riguarda la cucina non funzionava né il forno tradizionale né quello a microonde ed ho dovuto chiamare il tecnico. Fra la lavastoviglie e le altre basi c'è più di un centimetro di differenza e, come se non bastasse, dopo poco più di un mese di uso di è scollata l'alzatina dietro ai fuochi e lo zoccolo sotto la lavastoviglie, palesemente montata male, di sta frammentando e si presenta tutto rovinato addirittura con un buco!! Ho fatto presente tutto ciò al signor Antonio, che è stato gentilissimo........ ma non ha fatto assolutamente niente ed oggi, dopo un mese e ripetuti solleciti ancora non ho avuto alcun riscontro. Aggiornamento Sono stata contattata dal signor Antonio il quale mi ha detto di avere a disposizione in negozio i pezzi da sostituire nella mia cucina Abbiamo convenuto insieme di rimandare a dopo Pasqua l'intervento vi aggiornerò dopo che sarà stato fatto AGGIORNAMENTO Il signor Antonio con la sua task Force è venuto addirittura il primo maggio ed ha sistemato tutto Good products. Bad assembly. Post-sale non-existent. I bought a Net Cucine kitchen and three cabinets. To assemble the wardrobes, they scratched my new parquet. As for the kitchen, neither the traditional oven nor the microwave one worked and I had to call the technician. Update I was contacted by Mr. Antonio who told me that he had the parts to replace in my kitchen available in the shop We agreed together to postpone the intervention until after Easter, I will update you after it has been done UPDATE Mr. Antonio with his Task Force even came on May 1st and fixed everything

Nonostante io abiti veramente oltremare (in Sardegna!) mi hanno saputo accontentare in tutte le mie richieste, seguendomi dai consigli di esso, fino alla scelta, concludendo infine con la consegna, avvenuta nei tempi prestabiliti e superiore alle mie aspettative.
