F	Filipp Mekh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding place! Wonderful trees around the territory spread the gentle and soft scent. This alone made me feel soothed. Room was comfortable, place is tranquil and quiet. 5 minutes from the train station. But the main reason I loved this place is the lovely madam administrator! She’s been helpful, cheerful and - the thing I value most - genuine. Strongly recommend staying at this place should you decide to visit Venice. And like some reviewers here, I do too recommend staying in Mestre district. It’s just one stop from St. Lucia station. But taking you luggage through all the Venetian bridges to the hotel in the city centre is going to be a struggle. So staying in Mestre is the most comfortable and chill way to obtain palatable experience in Venice
L	Layal Yasin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super clean. Wonderful smell in rooms. Very good breakfast. Buses to Venice directly on the street in front of the hotel. The owner helps you in planning your trip and guides you which path/tickets/places/attractions to take/buy/see.

Spacious parking. Gina the lady of the house gave us a warm welcome with information to get to Venice best by train only 10 minute walk. Single way by train Eur 1.35 !! Breakfast is good with bread yoghurt muesli water juice Jura coffee machine to make you own espresso or latte. Cheese ham and salami. We came back from Venice and all beds where made again, we had not expected this. Also the small refrigerator in the room was replenished. New towels also a great treat. The place is absolutely clean. If we would ever visit Venice again this would be the place to return. Thank you Gina we had a great time with you and wish you all the best. Great service !!! It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood and there are a couple of nice neighborhood restaurants a couple blocks away. Our rooms were nice and clean; the breakfast was good, and the proprietor was very helpful and welcoming. We stayed here 20 years ago and were pleased to stay there again in October 2018. We’ll stay there again.

Nice accommodation, and the lady that manages the place has been wonderful to us. She got up earlier to prepare us breakfast, and opened the back gate to facilitate our drive, among other things. Definitely recommended.

L	Lorens Ele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at this Villa was very pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Its location cannot be better, minutes away the train station to go to Venice. I recommend the breakfast option with different choices and filling.
