Nessuna fattura o quietanza rilasciata, ho fatto inviare informativa al nucleo territoriale della GdF per richiedere opportuni accertamenti. Loro non agiscono come intermediari con i proprietari ma ti reperiscono solamente i contatti che trovano cercando su google. Molti annunci che sono in rete sono solamente annunci esca, per sottoscrivere il loro servizio pari a EURO 250 e acquistare quello che già esiste in rete, sarebbe come vendere l’aria che respiri. Potete documentarvi con qualche ricerca online, per notare quanta gente è incappata nei loro schemi. Altroconsumo ha avviato inoltre diverse inchieste su questo fenomeno. Esistono pagine su Facebook (esempio casa veloce attenzione) dove ci sono un po' di altre esperienze e sono tutte negative. Oltre a svariati articoli che spiegano questa pratica molto scorretta. Chiedono i soldi prima perche non ci guadagnerebbero altrimenti. No fanno niente. A me hanno mandato solo un messaggio ogni tanto con case che non erano nemmeno nelle mie richieste.. Zone che non centravano e prezzi assurdi... Dovrebbero farli chiudere perchè fregano la gente. Sono sgarbati , bugiardi.. e pure ladri. Una cosa assurda. Senza parole.
