Luogo consigliatissimo è situato nel centro storico.... Greeted by the owner Anna ... Very kind and caring. He gave us all the explanations of the place. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended place is located in the historic center.

Al piano superiore area comune con tavoli lettini e doccia più lavatoio e cucina. Fiore all occhiello è la disponibilità della padrona di casa attenta ad ogni esigenza e ricca di informazioni utili per visitare trapani e le isole. Great location in the center of drills, large and equipped apartment of all tableware detergents towels. Upstairs common area with tables and chairs shower plus sink and kitchen. The pride eye is the availability of attentive hostess to every need and full of useful information for visiting the islands and drills.
g	giuseppe annecchiarico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi valutare il mio soggiorno in questa struttura con 10 stelle anzichè 5 lo farei. In sintesi: Soggiornato dal 4/9 al 14/9. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Camera : pulita, letto comodo, frigobar,TV,condizionatore e balconcino per stendere qualcosa. Nessun rumore proveniente da altre stanze o dall'esterno. Bagno elegante, sanitari nuovi (come tutto il resto) e una bella doccia grande rettangolare con cabina in vetro. Posizione: pieno centro storico , una manciata di passi e si comincia lo struscio sul corso Vittorio Emanuele. La durata di uno sbadiglio e ci si ritrova sul lungomare per un primo bagno. 3 minuti a piedi e si raggiunge il porto. ( diciamo 5 minuti per arrivare esattamente all' imbarco aliscafi per Favignana Levanzo e Marettimo). Punto forte struttura: Meravigliosa terrazza al piano superiore in comune con gli altri ospiti( la sera si vede parte della funivia illuminata di Erice). La terrazza ė provvista di tutto e di più: lettini, doccia, tavolini, frigo, bicchieri ecc..ecc.. Inoltre troverete anche una lavatrice , lavandino, mobiletto con i detersivi , stendini e via dicendo. Ho detto all'inizio che se avessi potuto dare 10 stelle lo avrei fatto. 5 alla struttura e 5 alla proprietaria Anna. Avete presente quelle persone che si vorrebbero come amiche ? Lei. Anna sarà il vostro genio della lampada If I could evaluate my stay in this structure with 10 stars instead of 5 I would do it. In summary: Stayed from 4/9 to 14/9. Excellent value for money. Room: clean, comfortable bed, minibar, TV, air conditioner and small balcony to hang something. No noise from other rooms or from outside. Elegant bathroom, new bathroom fixtures (like everything else) and a nice large rectangular shower with glass cabin. Position: full historical center, a handful of steps and we begin the struscio on the Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The duration of a yawn and we find ourselves on the waterfront for a first bath. 3 minutes on foot and you reach the port. (let's say 5 minutes to get exactly to the hydrofoil boarding to Favignana Levanzo and Marettimo). Strong point structure: Wonderful terrace on the upper floor shared with the other guests (in the evening you can see part of the illuminated Erice cableway). The terrace is equipped with everything and more: beds, shower, tables, fridge, glasses, etc. .. etc. Furthermore you will also find a washing machine, sink, cabinet with detergents, drying racks and so on. I said at the beginning that if I could give 10 stars I would have done it. 5 to the structure and 5 to the owner Anna. Do you know those people who would like to be friends? She. L	Luca Spina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La posizione abbastanza comoda, mentre la via su cui si affacciano gli appartamenti è davvero una brutta zona, forse anche pericolosa. È stata avvertita della scortesia nell'accoglienza che è stata frettolosa e fredda. Queste sembrano essere questioni minori in quanto l'odore di muffa è penetrante. Anche gli asciugamani che vengono forniti sono intrisi di quello sgradevolissimo odore, il quale non è mai passato durante tutta la permanenza degli ospiti. The location is quite convenient, while the street on which the apartments overlook is a really bad area, perhaps even dangerous. She was warned of the rudeness in the welcome which was hasty and cold. These seem to be minor issues as the musty smell is pervasive. Even the towels that are provided are imbued with that unpleasant smell, which never passed during the entire stay of the guests.

The woman that welcomed us is very nice, she has been very flexible for arriving and leaving time, letting us plan everything at our choice. She explained a lot about the city and gave us a lot of good suggestions about food and places! The place is very close to the city historical center and there is a huge free parking at a walking distance, so it's very comfortable also if you're driving there.
F	Fotios Petropoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very welcoming host. We arrived very late at night but Anna (host) was very kind to wait for us. The room is located in the old city centre and the building is fantastic. The decorations are unique and building's traditional features blended nicely with the surroundings. The room had a private bathroom and shared kitchen (with another room). It was extremely clean, everything was shinning. Nice perks: free bottle of wine on arrival, cold still water in the fridge, and coffee/tea/sugar/crackers/jam etc every morning for a quick drink/bite. Downfall stairs are a bit slippery :-)
