Ma ciò che lo rende speciale è la cura e la passione che i propietrari mettono nel gestirla, facendo sentire l'ospite a casa. Ottima la colazione con buoni prodotti. Potrei riassumere come faccio sempre (sono un viaggiatore per passione e di posti nel mondo ne ho visti tanti): Casa/stanza: ECCELLENTE (curata nei minimi dettagli) Pulizia: ECCELLENTE (super pulita) Posizione: ECCELLENTE (centralissima di muoversi sia a piedi che in auto) Qualità/prezzo: ECCELLENTE (prezzi davvero contenuti per ciò che ti offrono) Gestione: ECCELLENTE (ho conosciuto i proprietari e sono davvero eccezionali) The place is charming, with attention to the smallest details in the central area, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. But what makes it special is the care and passion that the owners put into managing it, making the guest feel at home. Excellent breakfast with good products. I could summarize as I always do (I am a traveler for passion and I have seen many places in the world): House / room: EXCELLENT (with attention to the smallest details) Cleaning: EXCELLENT (super clean) Location: EXCELLENT (very central to move both on foot and by car) Quality / price: EXCELLENT (really low prices for what they offer you) Management: EXCELLENT (I met the owners and they are truly exceptional)

Il proprietario Francesco ci ha messo a disposizione un abbonamento giornaliero con il quale abbiamo potuto parcheggiare senza problemi a Gaeta durante il nostro soggiorno, avendo anche la premura di riservarci un posto auto al nostro arrivo. La cura dei dettagli è ottimale, l'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata e Wifi. Il proprietario ci ha organizzato un'escursione in barca alla scoperta di grotte, calette e pareti a picco sul mare con bagno largo della spiaggia dei 40 remi, infine degustazione della tipica tiella Gaetana. Consigliatissimo, semplicemente superlativo. Excellent hospitality and cleanliness in a place where everything has been carefully arranged with harmony, very hospitable. The owner Francesco gave us a day pass with which we could park without problems in Gaeta during our stay, also having the concern to reserve a parking space for us upon our arrival. The attention to detail is optimal, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and Wifi. The owner organized a boat excursion to discover caves, coves and cliffs overlooking the sea with a bathroom off the 40 oars beach, and finally a tasting of the typical tiella Gaetana. Highly recommended, simply superb.

Si tratta di un palazzotto storico completamente ristrutturato con due appartamenti situato nel caratteristico borgo marinaro in Via Indipendenza a pochi passi dal centro cittadino. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella camera "Astrea" al secondo piano; bellissima, pulitissima e con tutti i comfort ma il fiore all'occhiello è sicuramente la terrazza privata con un piccolo terrazzino vista mare dove abbiamo goduto della bellissima vista mare!! Un saluto e non vedo l'ora di tornare a trovarvi!! We stayed at this delightful and elegant holiday home during the summer season and were enchanted by the beautiful Gaeta and the courtesy and hospitality of the manager. It is a completely renovated historic building with two apartments located in the characteristic seaside village in Via Indipendenza, a few steps from the city center. We stayed in the "Astrea" room on the second floor; beautiful, very clean and with all the comforts but the flagship is definitely the private terrace with a small terrace overlooking the sea where we enjoyed the beautiful sea view !! A greeting and I can't wait to come back to see you !!

Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile a indicarci le varie escursioni da fare in zona. Infatti e’ possibile spostarsi a piedi sia per raggiungere il centro storico che la spiaggia di Serapo. Una nota di rilievo per la caratteristica camera Aura su due piani con le volte a botte, confortevole e pulitissima. Ritorneremo sicuramente.
