Positivo:
- bilocale nuovo e arredato con gusto
- titolari molto disponibili e super gentili
- pieno centro
Negativo:
- essendo in centro il fine settimana risulta una stanza rumorosa. Devo dire che gli infissi insonorizzano abbastanza.
- durante la settimana il parcheggio si trova facilmente sotto casa mentre nel weekend bisogna un pò inventarselo.
- mancanza di ascensore (il proprietario si è però offerto di portare su la valigia)
- presenza di parcheggiatori abusivi che chiedono spicci.
- ho pernottato 3 notti e non sono mai passati a cambiare gli asciugamani
- due cialde per il caffè per un soggiorno di 3 gg.
In generale è stato un buon soggiorno. Lo rifarei.

Positive:
- new and tastefully furnished two-room apartment
- very helpful and super nice owners
- full center
Negative:
- being in the center on weekends it results in a noisy room. I must say that the windows soundproof enough.
- during the week the parking is easily found under the house while at the weekend you have to invent it a little.
- lack of lift (the owner offered to bring the suitcase)
- presence of illegal parking attendants who ask for change.
- I stayed 3 nights and never went to change the towels
- two coffee pods for a 3 day stay.
Overall it was a good stay. I would do it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte ma sarei rimasta lì molto di più. È un posto incredibile. L'accoglienza è stata coinvolgente, Letizia ci ha accolti come vecchi amici. L'appartamento è a due passi dalla pescheria e dal duomo. Pulizia ottima, arredato con gusto e originalità. Letto comodo, televisori (due), condizionatori (due), bagno perfetto, cucina con tutto l'occorrente. Insomma bisogna assolutamente soggiornare qui.
We only stayed one night but I would have stayed there much longer. It is an amazing place. The welcome was engaging, Letizia welcomed us like old friends. The apartment is a stone's throw from the fish market and the cathedral. Excellent cleanliness, furnished with taste and originality. Comfortable bed, TVs (two), air conditioners (two), perfect bathroom, kitchen with everything you need. In short, you absolutely must stay here.

Strategica posizione per muoversi verso l’aeroporto e sulla costa.
Un rifugio da considerare in tutti i momenti dell’anno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un séjour magnifique dans un appartement exceptionnel. Letizia est une hôte formidable qui aime ce qu’elle fait et on le ressent. Ses conseils, ses petites attentions, sa disponibilité et sa sympathie ont rythmé notre séjour.
L’appartement est fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. Tout a été pensé pour les voyageurs. A deux pas de la place Di Duomo, il est au cœur de la ville et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Letizia !
