Very nice rooms, modern decoration, and my room had an awesome balcony overlooking the street :) staff is very nice and helpful and they also offer breakfast and free wifi! Highly recommended.

We got a clean room (more like an apartment with kitchen!) and a warm welcome. Daniele, Julia and the rest of the staff were all very hospitable and knowledgeable. Based on their advice we had some fantastic day trips. Thanks for a great stay!

What we appreciated most of all was the friendliness of Daniele. It is his home and he welcome you as his personal guests. How often do you experience that? We got not only a room, but a bedroom, a living room and a nice bathroom, all en suite and with lots of space. When you look at the price, this offer is a bargain! The breakfast served in their kitchen is wonderful, and you get whatever you demand. When planning trips, be it in Catania or in the nearby towns or Etna, you get very skilled help in selecting what to see and how to get around. Excellent service! When dining out you also get recommendations for nearby restaurants. Our favorite was Antica Marina. Don't miss it. Concluding remark: Globetrotter B&B Catania has charm, personal care and excellent rooms. You will probably not find anything like this in any 'star rated' hotel. Our warmest recommendation!

S	Sabrina Lian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a one night stay at this local B&B, location is great, walking distance to the main attractions in the old town. However, it's also adjacent to the local bars and clubs, so can get very loud at night, as some bars stay open until 4 am in the morning. Staff is friendly, room is clean, just be aware of the low opening entrance to the bedroom if you are taller than average. Price is also good, but ear plugs are a must for a restful night of stay.
J	Jan Bieron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a deluxe apartment with all the facilities in the price of a double bedroom. The location is marvelous, cozy and romantic and in the center of the city. Small cafes and good restaurants nearby. Breakfast paid extra, but cheap, you can use all the kitchen and basic ingredients to your liking. Staff speaks good English and is super helpful with recommendations for local food and alcohol. Best b&b service ever.

We slept there two times, the hosts were always perfectly nice and could recommend a few nice spots in the city. The hostel lies very central, we could reach the city center as well as the metro and the bus for the airport by foot. The rooms we stayed in were clean and nice, on our first stay we had a room with a cute little balcony. The other room had less light, but was more quite, due to not facing the street. On both nights we could use the kitchen in the main house, wich had a good endowment. I can really recommend this hostel for all people who want a good but not overly pricey room near to the center of the city.

I booked a week before and managed to pay £76 for 2 nights in the middle of August. - Even though it isn’t in the middle of buzz in the city centre, there is a really nice bar right besides it and various restaurants. - They offer transfers to/ from the train station for 10 euros. - The AC worked perfectly Cons: - the toilet kept leaking every time I flushed it; it was quite bad, but I didn’t complain given I was barely in the room and only for 2 nights there. - The shower area had mould on the doors, which was disgusting. - The room I booked it had one single and one double bed. The mattress of the double bed is extremely wore. And you basically sink in it. The single bed one was firm. I preferred. Overall I don’t regret it but u should be aware of pros and cons!
