C	Christian Freidel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir (2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) waren 10 Tage vor Ort und haben nur ein Fazit: Fantastisch!!! Der Vermieter Victor und seine Frau Ana sind herzensnette Menschen, die einem den Urlaub noch verschönern wollen (immer hilfsbereit, gemeinsames Pizza backen, Weinprobe, ...) . Das Ferienhaus liegt mitten in den Weinbergen auf einem Hügel. Der Ausblick von hier ist unbeschreiblich schön - egal ob beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse, beim Baden im Pool oder beim Grillen an der Hütte. Allein die Lage des Anwesens ist eine Reise wert. Das Haus ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Es war alles sehr sauber und wir hatten rein gar nichts zu beanstanden. Ein Highlight des Aufenthalts ist die Grillhuette. Hier sind zwei große Steinoefen vorhanden (zum Backen von frischen Pizzen oder einfach nur zum Grillen). Ein zusätzlicher Kontaktgrill rundet das einmalige Angebot noch ab. Wenn man die kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten von Italien erleben will, so muss man nur in den traditionellen, kleinen Läden in der Stadtmitte von Santa Maria della versa einkaufen. Hier bekommt man frisches Fleisch vom Metzger, die koestlichsten Wurstspezialitaeten vom Feinkostladen, leckeres Brot oder Brötchen sowie selbstbemachte Nudeln, die nicht besser sein könnten - und alle Läden liegen fast direkt nebeneinander. Die Freundlichkeit der Inhaber ist ebenfalls noch erwähnenswert - es machte einfach Spaß hier einzukaufen. Für unsere Tochter wurde ein leckerer Geburtstagskuchen nach Wunsch gebacken, nichts von der Stange. Wer also einen ruhigen Familienurlaub unter Freunden im bella Italia verbringen will, ist hier absolut richtig. Alles top. We (2 adults and 4 children) were there for 10 days and have only one conclusion: Fantastic !!! The landlord Victor and his wife Ana are kind-hearted people who want to make your holiday even better (always helpful, baking pizza together, wine tasting, ...). The house is located in the middle of the vineyards on a hill. The view from here is indescribably beautiful - whether you are having breakfast on the terrace, bathing in the pool or enjoying yourself Barbecue at the hut. The location of the property alone is worth the trip. The house is equipped with everything necessary. Everything was very clean and we had absolutely nothing to complain about. A highlight of the stay is the grill hut. There are two large stone ovens here (for baking fresh pizzas or just for grilling). An additional contact grill rounds off the unique offer. If you want to experience the culinary delights of Italy, all you have to do is shop in the traditional, small shops in the center of Santa Maria della versa. Here you can get fresh meat from the butcher, the most delicious sausage specialties from the deli, delicious bread or rolls as well as homemade pasta that couldn't be better - and all the shops are almost next to each other. The friendliness of the owner is also worth mentioning - it was just fun to shop here. A delicious birthday cake was baked for our daughter as requested, nothing off the shelf. So if you want to spend a quiet family vacation with friends at bella Italia, this is the place for you. Everything perfect.

Удобная зона для гриля. Обязательно вернемся сюда летом, чтобы опробовать зону отдыха с бассейном. Приятным бонусом является великолепный вид, открывающийся прямо из окна. Заслуженные 5 звезд ? A great place to stay. The house is very comfortable, bright, clean. Everything you need is inside. Also, the house is equipped with a small sauna, which is ideal for winter recreation. Convenient grill area. Will definitely return here in the summer to try out the relaxation area with the pool. A nice bonus is the magnificent view from the window. Deserved 5 stars ?
