Appartamento grande con 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, cucina ed ampio soggiorno.Bel mare ,bel posto insomma.... vacanza da ripetere. Apartment located in a tactical area: a stone's throw from the center of Grotttamare and the promenade.Perfect for those who do not want to use the car but want to move on foot and enjoy the sea with tranquility.Valerio, the owner, a boy very helpful and kind who always tries to satisfy guests' requests. Large apartment with 2 double bedrooms, kitchen and large living room. Beautiful sea, nice place in short .... holiday to be repeated.

La gestione e il trattamento è familiare, attento alle esigenze degli avventori, ma nello stesso tempo professionale. Buona l'ubicazione vicina allo svincolo autostradale di Grottammare. Utile sia per brevi pernottamenti di lavoro o per le vacanze al mare che è raggiungibile a poche centinaia di metri. A very welcoming and comfortable house. The spaces are functional, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The management and treatment is familiar, attentive to the needs of patrons, but at the same time professional. Good location close to the Grottammare motorway junction. Useful both for short business nights or for beach holidays which can be reached a few hundred meters away.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, 5 minute walk to the beach, town center and train station. 2 minute walk to a big playground so also great for families with little children. Free street parking and for €2/3 there's a little "train" bus that takes you up to the old Town. Thanks to our host who recommended us the best restaurant that we went to whist there... Sottocoperta Osteria di mare!
