Appartamento nuovissimo, ben arredato e corredato a due passi dalla spiaggia e Castellammare.... che con le bici elettriche messe a disposizione, si raggiungono in un baleno!
Il plus va alla jacuzzi sul tetto, ma anche al fatto che Nino (l'host) è infinitamente disponibile e gentile... Grazie di tutto!!!!

The apartment is super new, and well furnished with all accessories. The beach and Castellammare are really close, even closer thanks to the frer electric bikes for the guests. The Jacuzzi on the terasse is amazing, bit the game changer is Nino (the host) who is really friendly and amazingly helpful!

Abbiamo soggiornato per qualche giorno in uno dei quattro appartamenti della struttura: gli spazi erano ampi, ben arredati e funzionali.
La camera da letto era veramente grande, il letto era comodissimo e la camera aveva armadio e cassettiera, tutto era pensato per consentire di riuscire a muoversi intorno anche con le valigie in stanza.
Il soggiorno con angolo cottura aveva tutto il necessario per la cucina di vacanza, comprese stoviglie e materiali per la pulizia.
Il bagno era anch'esso curato e si trovava anche l'asciugacapelli.
La struttura ha anche un comodo locale lavanderia e una vasca a idromassaggio con vista sulla valle e sul mare.
Il titolare è una persona gentilissima e disponibile, si è dimostrato molto carino nei nostri confronti e attento alle nostre esigenze.
La struttura dista un quarto d'ora a piedi dalle spiagge più vicine e venti minuti dal porto turistico, è collegata alle strade principali e non distante si trovano alimentari e supermercati.
È stato un ottimo soggiorno, consiglio questa struttura e coppie, famiglie e gruppi di amici!
Per coloro con difficoltà deambulatorie, per quello che ho visto, le stanze non sembrano accessibili alle carrozzine per diversamente abili in quanto sono collegate con scale.
A holiday home run with kindness and true Sicilian hospitality.
We stayed for a few days in one of the four apartments of the structure: the spaces were large, well furnished and functional.
The bedroom was really big, the bed was very comfortable and the bedroom had wardrobe and chest of drawers, everything was designed to allow you to be able to move around even with suitcases in the room.
The living room with kitchenette had everything needed for holiday cooking, including dishes and cleaning supplies.
The bathroom was also neat and there was also a hairdryer.
The property also has a convenient laundry room and a whirlpool tub overlooking the valley and the sea.
The owner is a very kind and helpful person, he proved to be very nice towards us and attentive to our needs.
The property is a quarter of an hour walk from the nearest beaches and twenty minutes from the marina, is connected to the main roads and not far away are grocery stores and supermarkets.
It was a great stay, I recommend this property and couples, families and groups of friends!
For those with walking difficulties, from what I have seen, the rooms do not seem accessible to wheelchairs for the disabled as they are connected with stairs.

- posizione a 10 minuti dal centro. Il parcheggio per la macchina si trova facilmente e non è a pagamento.
-Casa ristrutturata, mobili nuovi, tutto impeccabile. Non manca niente, in cucina c'è tutto l'occorrente piatti, posate, pentole ecc. In terrazza una vasca idromassaggio in comune. Anche la vasca bellissima, nuova, con musica, luci, acqua riscaldata.
-Pulizia straordinaria. È stata la struttura più pulita dove ho soggiornato finora. Nessun granello di polvere né capelli trovati per terra come mi è capitato di trovare in alcuni hotel.
-Proprietario gentilissimo, cortese, disposto a venirvi incontro alle vostre richieste.
Mi sono trovata veramente bene! Ci tornerò!
Casa Vacanza Barone has no defects:
- location 10 minutes from the center. Parking for the car is easily found and is free of charge.
-Renovated house, new furniture, all impeccable. Nothing is missing, in the kitchen there is everything you need dishes, cutlery, pots etc. On the terrace a shared hot tub. Also the beautiful tub, new, with music, lights, heated water.
-Extraordinary cleaning. It was the cleanest property I have stayed in so far. No specks of dust or hair found on the ground as I have found in some hotels.
-Owner very kind, courteous, willing to meet your requests.
I really enjoyed it! I'll be back!

trovare sempre parcheggio gratuito nelle vie
sotto casa ). Il centro del paese si raggiunge
con una breve passeggiata a piedi. (10-15

Appartamento nuovo, pulito e spazioso,
letto molto comodo!
La jacuzzi sul tetto è il fiore all'occhiello..
l'acqua è riscaldata, quindi si può sfruttare
anche la sera dopo cena!
Davvero ottimo! Lo consiglio vivamente!
