★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione comoda vicino alla spiaggia e a circa 500 mt dal corso. Appartamento funzionale ma... con UN GRANDE PROBLEMA. L'aria condizionata é controllata da solo uno dei due appartamenti. Di fatto, quindi, il secondo appartamento (dove ho soggiornato) é sprovvisto di aria condizionata; per di più si trova sotto il solarium e con esposizione al sole per tutta la giornata. Questo ha reso invivibile l'appartamento e dopo 3 giorni di agonia senza aria (i vicini non l'hanno accesa) la casa si è infuocata al punto tale da doverla lasciare con un giorno di anticipo (senza rimborso). Peccato! Vacanza rovinata ma Ascea e il cilento meritano.
Convenient location near the beach and about 500 meters from the course. Functional apartment but ... with A GREAT PROBLEM. The air conditioning is controlled by only one of the two apartments. In fact, therefore, the second apartment (where I stayed) does not have air conditioning; moreover it is located under the solarium and with sun exposure all day long. This made the apartment uninhabitable and after 3 days of agony without air (the neighbors didn't turn it on) the house was on fire to the point of having to leave it a day early (without refund). Sin! Ruined holiday but Ascea and the Cilento deserve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vicinissima al mare, confortevole, comoda, climatizzata ( anche se c'è un piccolo costo) ombrellone e seggiole disponibili.
L'asso nella manica è il terrazzo: gode di una vista eccezionale ed è ben arredato.
Il bagno è comodissimo ed ha una doccia che si ci sta in due!
Da ripetere.

Very close to the sea, comfortable, convenient, air-conditioned (even if there is a small cost), umbrella and chairs available.
The ace in the hole is the terrace: it enjoys an exceptional view and is well furnished.
The bathroom is very comfortable and has a shower that fits two!

Esternamente si ha a disposizionel'uso della lavatrice, i gestori estremamente discreti e gentili. Il Cilento è una bella riserva naturale, di terre e persone. Adatto ai bambini. Consigliatissimo
Great location, apartment with new and comfortable furnishings. Everything you need is in the kitchen. Externally the use of the washing machine is available, the managers extremely discreet and kind. Cilento is a beautiful nature reserve, of lands and people. Suitable for children. Highly recommended

the place and town, its next to the beach, you wake up everyday with the ocean right next to you. the terrace is amazing. town is nice, there is a bike/running track right in front of the apartment. the best restaurant is
the last one on the beach (right next to the ruin of the tower, also recommend the hike)
owners are very nice, we wanted to stay an extra day. if you can, I would recommend to contact them directly via their website.
bathroom, kitchen and bathroom is modern, fully functioning and very clean.
internet speed is ok, around 4-8 Mbit depending on your location, if you bring a repeater, this apartment is able to facilitate remote working. there is full 4G receiption in whole appartment (20+ Mbit)
you need to bring oil, pepper/salt, dishwasher tabs, dish cleaning and shampoo. the rest is provided and the kitchen is fully stocked.
the review with 0 stars is wrong, there is a brand new working AC (samsung) in the apartment.
