Purtroppo giovedì chiamo per prenotare dei colpi di sole un’oca dispeso biologa sabato alle 3 ( chiedo le 4 mi dicono assolutamente no). Faccio i salti mortali per arrivare alle 3 mi mettono fuori ad attendere su un divanetto SENZA avvisarmi che hanno accumulato molto ritardo , SENZA mandarmi qualcuno a chiedermi che tipo di colore voglio fare ; SENZA offrirmi un caffè o dell acqua . Dopo 40 minuti mi alzo a chiedere quanto tempo avrei dovuto aspettare perché ho una. Bimba piccola non posso ci sentirmi anche L ora di attesa . Scocciati per domanda mi dicono che forse sarebbe potuto venire qualcuno a chiedermi c sia volevo fare dopo un quarto d ora... a Che ora avrei iniziato alle 5 quanto altro cliente mi sarebbero passati davanti ? Sono andata via e ho perso un’oca occasione che avevo per rifare il Colore dopo lockdown perché con una bimba piccola non è facile organizzarsi . Allora vi dico non so come lavora o ma se non siete clienti non andare Perché a stento vi salutano . Vi Lasciano aspettare ore all Esterno alla calura estiva e non egoisto You need to respect the customer: do not enter unless you are already loyal customers.
