★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota positiva :Casa in un punto accessibile e vicino a tutto, con qualche km di camminata si raggiungono tutti i punti d'interesse
Note negative: arredi e mobilio fattiscenti( lampade rotte mobili traballante spine della corrente sfondate ecc.)
Troppe cose non funzionanti o mancanti (come ad esempio le lampadine sopra lo specchio o i wc che non scaricano o il doccino fatiscente)
Ultima nota negativa muri visibilmente sporchi pieni di schizzi ad altezza pavimento e tazzine e bicchieri assolutamente da rilevare!
Prezzo adeguato alla struttura e al punto in cui si trova ma veramente tante cose da rivedere!
 Positive note: House in an accessible point close to everything, with a few km of walking you can reach all points of interest
Negative notes: decrepit furniture and furnishings (broken lamps, shaky furniture, broken power plugs, etc.)
Too many things not working or missing (such as the light bulbs above the mirror or the toilet that does not drain or the dilapidated hand shower)
Last negative note visibly dirty walls full of splashes at floor height and cups and glasses absolutely to be noted!
Price adequate to the structure and to the point where it is located but really many things to review!
