★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimi pavimenti e rivestimenti, abbiamo trovato tutto per la nostra nuova casa, ma purtroppo abbiamo avuto degli inattesi problemi economici che ci hanno costretto a confermare l'ordine unicamente di rivestimento e pavimento di 2 bagni. Probabilmente è per questo spiacevole "taglio" che non sono venuti a prendere le misure precise (il cantiere distava meno di 3km dal negozio) prima di ordinare il materiale, basato solo su carta, e al momento della posa ci ha salvato solo la maestria del posatore che è riuscito a gestirsi con i pezzi risicatissimi, nulla di riserva.
Un'altra annotazione, la comunicazione che una piastrella strutturata non era più prodotta ci è stata fatta a luglio (ordine effettuato a inizio anno, consegna ipotetica inizio aprile, poi comprensibilmente slittata causa covid), capisco i ritardi di consegna da covid, capisco meno come sia stato possibile impiegare 7 mesi per una comunicazione del genere, forse sempre per causa dello spiacevole taglio che abbiamo dovuto fare sull'ordine non c'era molto interesse nel verificare lo stato della nostra pratica.
Trovo onesto comunque consigliare il negozio, nonostante la mia personale esperienza non proprio eccelsa

It is probably for this unpleasant "cut" that they did not come to take the precise measurements (the construction site was less than 3km from the shop) before ordering the material, based only on paper, and at the time of installation only the mastery of the poser who has managed to manage himself with the most risky pieces, nothing in reserve.
Another note, the communication that a structured tile was no longer produced was made to us in July (order placed at the beginning of the year, hypothetical delivery in early April, then understandably postponed due to covid), I understand the delivery delays from covid, I understand less how it was possible to take 7 months for such a communication, perhaps always due to the unpleasant cut that we had to make on the order there was not much interest in checking the status of our practice.
However, I find it honest to recommend the shop, despite my personal experience that is not exactly excellent
