Ho contattato la struttura, la quale mi ha chiesto il pagamento dell'importo pattuito, a titolo di risarcimento dell'eventuale mancato incasso. Ho versato come richiesto la quota sulla loro poste pay, e il giorno dopo l'appartamento era di nuovo affittato. Ho chiesto la restituzione di quanto versato, essendo venuti meno i presupposti del risarcimento ma mi hanno detto di no, bloccando addirittura la chat su WhatsApp. Molto accoglienti al momento della prenotazione, ma pronti a girare le spalle di fronte ad una difficoltà dell'ospite.
Unfortunately I was unable to stay due to personal problems. I contacted the structure, which asked me to pay the agreed amount, as compensation for any failed collection. I paid as requested the fee on their post pay, and the next day the apartment was rented again. I asked for the return of the amount paid, since the conditions for compensation no longer exist but they said no, blocking the chat on WhatsApp. Very welcoming at the time of booking, but ready to turn their backs on a guest's difficulty.
