He treated us with great hospitality and look after us like family- he even made sure we have the ztl tickets paid and registered when we need it. Tourist friendly parking. Highly recommended! 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 eur per hour is too much price even the garage is in the center. Plus you need to pay that ticket to access historical zone. The garage is always closed, so there is no way to get in if someone is not leaving or so. Was a bit uncomfortable as I expected some more official parking with ticket and machine and possibility to pay by card than just price from the head of the owner when were already parked and went upstairs. I would not trust it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is greate. We parked for 3 days, the price is resonable. We really felt safe. But the five stars have to go to Simone , he was wonderfull, always available , as we took the car in and out a few times. He was always helpfull and very “gentile”

We felt very comfortable leaving our car in this garage and recommend it to everyone, - very safe and reliable. It is also very central and I will surely use this parking place next time we visit Palermo. thanks for the great service!
