 Beautiful farmhouse in the Candelarese hills. The peace and quiet of the countryside, to be enjoyed immersed in the pool, just 10 minutes from the sea and the historic center of Pesaro.

Nice apartments, nice swimming pool, wonderfully peaceful setting in beautiful nature! All facilities are very neat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nieuw gebouwde, uitstekend geïsoleerde agro met 4 ruime appartementen. Heerlijke ligging tussen olijfbomen. Uitstekende Wi-Fi, ook bij diverse zitjes in de prachtige tuin en bij het heerlijke zwembad, met natuurlijk water dat dagelijks wordt gereinigd. Binnen kwartier heerlijke zandstranden tussen Pesaro en Fano. Beide plaatsen heerlijk gezellig met ruim aanbod aan betaalbare restaurants aan de zeezijde. Stranden in de Marche sowieso veel mooier dan in Toscane. Gebied beter aan te rijden met uitstekende autowegen. Grote supermarkten binnen kwartiee met prijzen die stuk lager zijn dan in Nederland.Eigenaar spreekt goed Engels en is uiterst behulpzaam.
Newly built, excellently insulated agro with 4 spacious apartments. Wonderful location among olive trees. Excellent Wi-Fi, also with various seating areas in the beautiful garden and at the lovely swimming pool, with natural water that is cleaned daily. Great sandy beaches between Pesaro and Fano within fifteen minutes. Both places are wonderfully cozy with a wide range of affordable restaurants on the sea side. Beaches in the Marche anyway much nicer than in Tuscany. Better to drive to area with excellent motorways. Large supermarkets within fifteen minutes with prices that are much lower than in the Netherlands. Owner speaks English well and is extremely helpful.
