★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto deludente. Alcuni membri del personale (inclusa una donna che lavora lì e che è maleducata ed aggressiva) non hanno esibito molta professionalita nè rispetto, oltre ad aver mentito su vari punti.
Very disappointing experience. Some of the staff (including a woman who works there and who is rude and aggressive) did not exhibit much professionalism or respect, as well as lying on various points.

Dopo diverse sollecitazioni ottenuto rimborso .
Administrative problems in relation to a failure to reimburse part of the fee of a deceased family member, as required by the contract. No problem, however, for my father's treatment. Valid structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima residenza per anziani. Gli operatori sono molto professionali, la pulizia ed il vitto eccellenti. Mio padre è coinvolto nelle varie attività e gli recuperato il sorriso.
Excellent residence for the elderly. The operators are very professional, the cleaning and the food excellent. My father is involved in various activities and his smile has recovered.
