Dormiva sempre sorrideva pochissimo e non parlava più, da quando l'abbiamo portata a Villa Gloria é rinata: ha ripreso i suoi sorrisi, a volte (malattia permettendo) fa discorsi sensati che ti fanno riflettere ed è molto più sveglia. Si vede che é trattata bene dallo staff sempre disponibile, gentile e gioioso e da Susanna che tanto si prodiga per il benessere delle "sue nonnine". A mia madre piace dormire al mattino e qui può farlo. Le camere da letto sono pulite e hanno quei particolari che le rendono molto piacevoli, come a casa propria, anzi anche meglio. I locali della casa famiglia sono curati nei dettagli e molto piacevoli. Grazie ancora Susanna per tutto l'impegno che hai per fare si che tutto funzioni al meglio My mom suffers from alzaimer, she was in another family house. We can see that it is treated well by the always available, kind and joyful staff and by Susanna who works so hard for the well-being of her "grandmothers". My mother likes to sleep in the morning and here she can do it. The bedrooms are clean and have those details that make them very pleasant, like at home, even better. The premises of the family house are treated in detail and very pleasant. Thanks again Susanna for all the effort you have to make sure that everything works better

Una meraviglia di posto e di persone!!Una famiglia in tutti i sensi!!Io ho mia nonna lì,è un anno e mezzo che è con loro e devo dire che mia nonna è veramente rinata!!Con tutte le sue problematiche che ha un anziano ma loro la tratta no con i guanti!Sono veramente eccezionali in tutti nell'accudirli e nel renderli partecipi in tutto!l'ambiente è bellissimo in mezzo al verde!!Aria stupenda!Come essere a casa davvero!!Grazie per tutto quello che fate ai nostri anziani, siete fantastici!!! With all her problems she has an elderly man but they do not treat her with gloves! Alla fine abbiamo trovato Villa Gloria, una casa famiglia che racchiude tutte le caratteristiche che noi desideravamo. Situata nel meraviglioso parco di Villa Prosperi Zanardi a Masi Torello, in un contesto di verde riposante, è il riassunto di confort, pulizia, accortezza e simpatia. Le anziane ospiti sono accudite con assoluta e competente dedizione e niente è lasciato al caso. Tutto profuma di pulito, dalle nonne agli ambienti. Il cibo è ottimo e abbondante. Il personale è affabile e affidabile e insomma niente è lasciato all’ improvvisazione. Si sente che dietro c’è un lungo lavoro e una grande professionalità. Insomma Villa Gloria è proprio un piccolo albergo a 5 stelle e non potevamo trovare niente di meglio. Grazie di cuore❤️ a tutto lo Staff. Located in the wonderful park of Villa Prosperi Zanardi in Masi Torello, in a context of restful greenery, it is the epitome of comfort, cleanliness, shrewdness and friendliness. The elderly guests are looked after with absolute and competent dedication and nothing is left to chance. Everything smells clean, from the grandmothers to the rooms. The food is great and plentiful. The staff is friendly and reliable and in short, nothing is left to improvisation. We feel that behind it there is a long work and great professionalism. In short, Villa Gloria is just a small 5-star hotel and we couldn't find anything better. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff.
