Qualche giorno fa sono andata a fare un giro, esposta in negozio c'era una sedia sospesa, quelle che hanno il braccio portante e poi la seduta in ferro e rattan,scontata del 50% poiché ultimo pezzo quello esposto..Chiedo alla commessa se il prezzo esposto fosse di entrambi i pezzi, mi dice di sì, e allora mi accingo a pagare alla cassa specificando che l'indomani sarei passata a ritirare. Pago e torno a casa. Dopo qualche ora mi chiamano dal negozio dicendomi che hanno sbagliato a dirimi il prezzo e se avessi voluto ritirare la sedia avrei dovuto pagare la differenza..Oppure avrebbero provveduto al reso.Dico scocciata alla ragazza che mi sento truffata e di contattare il suo titolare per risolvere il problema, e che l'indomani sarei andata a ritirare al prezzo pagato. Seguono diverse chiamate con perdita di tempo e stress...Per farla breve siccome comunque a me la sedia sospesa piaceva ho dovuto pagare io la differenza di tasca mia per un loro errore.. no comment!!sicuramente non ci metterò più piede....se questa é la serietà aziendale!!!!Ed essendo iscritta a diversi gruppi su Facebook di casa la pubblicità che farò sarà pessima!! Per legge il cliente non ha colpa se è il prezzo esposto è sbagliato, ed io avevo pagato già tra l'altro!!!E se avessi ritirato l'articolo subito cosa facevano venivano a chiedermi i soldi a casa??assurdo!!!!
