Die Ruhe und private Atmosphäre inmitten eines Olivenheins vertieft unsere Konzentration. In kleinen Pausen genießen wir die Luft, das Licht die Fauna von den Terassen aus. In den komfortablen Appartements des aufmerksamen Gastgebers schlafen wir vorzüglich. We are here as a company to test a product for the motorcycle and make the last software adjustments in parallel. The calm and private atmosphere in the middle of an olive grove deepens our concentration. In short breaks we enjoy the air, the light the fauna from the terraces. We sleep extremely well in the comfortable apartments of the attentive host.
P	Peter Bongard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die drei Ferienwohnungen Casar Novaro liegen auf einem Hügel direkt oberhalb von Imperia mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Die Lage ist gut zu erreichen und trotzdem absolut in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnungen sind klimatisiert, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles ist absulut neuwertig und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Grundstück hat ein elektrisches Tor und viel Platz für die Autos der Gäste. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und auch während unserem Aufenthalt hatten wir sehr netten Kontakt zum Vermieter Andrea. Er ist jederzeit über WhatsApp und Telefon zu erreichen und versorgt einen immer wieder mit guten Tipps. Auch ein frisch gebackenefs Focaccia kam mal von ihm 5 Minuten vorm Abendessen, einfach nur genial! Einmal hat er für alle Gäste eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen zubereitet. Andrea ist wie eine gute Fee zuvorkommend, freundlich, aufmerksam aber nie aufdringlich. Lieber Andrea auf diesem Weg noch mal vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub bei dir! Wenn wir noch mal in die Gegend kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall versuchen die Wohnung wieder zu bekommen, denn hier stimmt einfach alles. The three apartments Casar Novaro are located on a hill just above Imperia with great sea views. The location is easy to reach and still absolutely in a quiet location. The apartments are air conditioned, very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. Everything is absolutely new and in very good condition. The property has an electric gate and plenty of space for guests' cars. We were received very friendly and also during our stay we had very nice contact to the landlord Andrea. He is always on WhatsApp and phone to reach and provides you with good tips again and again. Even a freshly baked Focaccia came from him 5 minutes before dinner, just awesome! Once he prepared a snack for all guests. Andrea is obliging like a fairy, friendly, attentive but never intrusive. Dear Andrea on this way thank you again for the great holiday with you! If we come back to the area, we will definitely try to get the apartment again, because everything is just right.
M	Martina Köster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Das neu eingerichtete Apartment wirkt durch liebevoll ausgewählte Details gemütlich und wohnlich. Da wir in einer Woche mit sehr hohen Temperaturen dort waren, bescherte uns die Klimaanlage willkommene Abkühlungen. Was den Urlaub jedoch zu etwas Besonderem machte, waren die tolle Lage der Wohnung und Andreas Gastfreundschaft. Umgeben von Olivenbäumen und mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf den Golf von Imperia genossen wir die angenehme Ruhe. Die Liegestühle auf der Terrasse luden zum Verweilen und Lesen ein. Andrea verstand sich als echter Gastgeber. Er war für Fragen immer erreichbar und zeigte sich sehr aufmerksam. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war unkompliziert. Wenn wir noch einmal Urlaub in dieser Region machen, würden wir gerne wieder in der Casa Novaro wohnen. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The newly furnished apartment looks cozy and homely thanks to carefully selected details. Since we were there in a week with very high temperatures, the air conditioning gave us welcome cooling. What made the holiday something special, however, was the great location of the apartment and Andreas's hospitality. Surrounded by olive trees and with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Imperia, we enjoyed the pleasant rest. The deck chairs on the terrace invited to linger and read. Andrea saw herself as a real host. He was always available for questions and was very attentive. Communication with him was straightforward. If we go on holiday in this region again, we would love to stay at Casa Novaro again.

Elle jouit d’une vue à couper le souffle sur les terrasses de l’oliveraie et offre comme tableau de fond : Porto Maurizio et la mer ! Chacun des trois appartements est meublé et équipé avec goût. Du fonctionnel combiné avec des antiquités de famille. Les photos sur le site web correspondent exactement à la réalité. Malgré le fait que cette maison soit excentrée par rapport à la ville, on y trouve tout le confort allant d’une douche avec un débit d’eau normal (souvent un souci en Italie…), de l’air conditionnée, des fenêtres dernière génération etc. L’équipement de base est au rendez-vous, allant des couteaux qui coupent aux poêles qui n’accrochent pas en passant par un linge de lit et de salle de bain digne d’un hôtel. A équidistance d’Imperia et Diano Marina cette maison offre la proximité à l’effervescence citadine et le calme d’une maison de campagne. La cerise sur le gâteau est l’accueil d’Andrea. Toujours disponible et aux petits soins de ses clients. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Nestled in an olive grove, Casa Novaro is a haven of peace. It enjoys a breathtaking view over the terraces of the olive grove and offers as a backdrop: Porto Maurizio and the sea! Each of the three apartments is tastefully furnished and equipped. Functionality combined with family antiques. The photos on the website correspond exactly to reality. Despite the fact that this house is out of the way from the city, it has all the comforts ranging from a shower with normal water flow (often a concern in Italy…), air conditioning, windows last generation etc The basic equipment is there, ranging from knives that cut to pans that do not catch, including bed and bathroom linen worthy of a hotel. Equidistant from Imperia and Diano Marina, this house offers proximity to the bustle of the city and the calm of a country house. The icing on the cake is Andrea's welcome. Always available and attentive to its customers. I recommend with eyes closed.

Die drei Ferienwohnungen sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Koch-Utensilien, Föhn… alles da). Der Gastgeber Andrea ist mehr als gastfreundlich und hat uns bestens mit Infos versorgt. Die Casa Novaro ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für MTB-Touren und ist super, wenn man einfach seine Ruhe haben möchte. Trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto in der Stadt oder am Meer. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal zu Gast und es wird nicht das letzte mal gewesen sein ? What a great, quiet place in the middle of olive trees with a view of Imperia and the sea. The three apartments are very tastefully decorated and very well equipped (dishwasher, cooking utensils, hairdryer ... everything is there). The host Andrea is more than hospitable and provided us with the best possible information. Casa Novaro is the ideal starting point for MTB tours and is great if you just want to have some peace and quiet. Nevertheless, it only takes a few minutes by car to get to the city or the sea. This was our second time as guests and it won't be the last ?
